  • ADV DVD Announcements

Since ADV doesn't have a neat & tidy PDF ( ;-) ), we instead get David & Janice posting up the details and sometimes answering questions. As mentioned in an earlier issue, ADV has split up the Komugi-chan series to cover all 6 episodes. DVD 1 comes with 1, 2, and 2.5 + a commentary track with ADR Director Scott McClennen and Jocelyne Loewen (Komugi-chan in The SoulTaker and Nurse Witch Komugi). Sonic Soldier Borgman comes with both OVAs and a 5.1 English track. Grrl Power is low priced for the short episode and stuff with extras. And you'll find 4 more episodes on the Kaleido Star & BASToF Syndrome DVDs.

Of course, you can imagine that the popular opinion is an unnamed 3rd candidate which says "no" to either option. Everyone seems to be dropping a line about their feelings of a possible change and what NTUSA is doing right & wrong.

  • Slowly getting back into the swing of these issues actually following "weekly" rather than ever other week. ^_^;; Square Enix announced their E3 line-up which includes Fullmetal Alchemist. People still fear Pretty Princess Flood. DVDSoon.com has 6 new titles from Anime18's "Xtreme Series" priced under $15 US (Slave Market, Sin Sorority, Secret Desires, Blood Royale, Xtra Credit, and City of Sin) for pre-order + free shipping. Huh? What's that? Funny, my PS2 is asking for my attention. What's this? Transformers for the PS2!? Forget y'all, it's Prime Time!
