Sorry Wiseguy but every movie on your list is deeply rooted in or owes a tremendous tribute to foreign films, several on the list. If I weren't writing this in the last five minutes of my lunch break I would expand on that a little, maybe someone with more time will back me up.

Time has shown the nations involved were out of necessity.

In the future, ALL good films will be multi-national to some extent.

What necessity? Because they were mislead by Tony Dick Bush and Loose Balls Johnson in the 60's?? All that money could have been used to stop the horrors Big problem oil has caused Gulf Coast families.

Surpised Equilibrium isnt bein hyped by Bark Knight lovers, guess it was to good for them.

District 9 should be #1. A Clockwork Orange (Which is a future sci-fi horror film on mind alteration resulting in a lack of freewill) and Children of Men should also be on the list.  I've only seen 7, 8, 9 on the list.  At least this give me a list of films to check out.

No "Cargo"?  Clearly an excellant RECENT foreign scifi movie.  As for "Fantastic Planet"?  What a piece of unintelligible crap!  Shows for scertain why the French admire Jerry Lewis.
