Demon in the Bottle is appropriate with real life recovering alcoholic Robert Downey Jr. playing Iron Man.  The Iron Man vs. Captain America is the other one that sounds the most interesting.  This issue is so timely with the right to privacy vs. national security debate. 

Would LOVE to see Iron Man versus the Hulk. The clash of technology and brains versus amazing brute force would be fantastic.

NO desire for the "Tony Stark - Alcoholic" storyline, in a movie. None. No offense, but ZERO. If we are lucky, we are going to get three, four IRON MAN movies. Maybe. MAYBE. I am just not into 'spending" so much of our very limited movie time on a depressing, downer storyline like that. It was novel in the comic books, but it wasn't much fun - to be honest, I think the storyline is over-rated, precisely because of its novelty - and a comic book has the luxury of issue after issue after issue, years of run-time. I dont want to offend or provoke fans of that, but...just saying... for me, thanks but no thanks.

Seriously John Mc Cain needs work even though MODOK has a smaller head.

He is a difficult character, MODOK is who I refer to.

But having Stark unable to suit up and controlling the armor remotely while it battles in space would be wicked.

Stark will get infected with the tech keeping him alive.

I think this was the plot for 280 - 300 or so. Great hulk buster suit that Hulk flicks away with his finger sending Iron man flying.

 I'm probably gonna p*ss off a lot of people here but I really like all the new iron man stories, what with extremis by Ellis, & five nightmares by Fration, the art & plot was just fantastic, the problem I have with all the old classic stories is that the narrative of the time was generally simpler so we had a lot of text boxes explaining what was going on e.g Meanwhile at a top secret base...... or the use of those dreaded thought bubbles, & worst of all where the main character talks to themselves so they can explain the plot!!

Like I said it'll probably upset people, but I've often been so disappointed by graphic novel reprints of classic stories that I remember from when I was a kid & then reading them now & going WTF this is bad, saying that I think Alan Moore is an exception his stuff has always been excellent, even if it's dated.
