What no Vampire Hunter? That comic has the bomb when I was growing up. No Voltron, Transzor Z, but I agree with Golgo 13 that comic is awesome.

Anything that includes Ataru Moroboshi is a good thing.

midwest216 is right.  No Vampire Hunter D needs to be ont he list.  Also, the list excluded Jubei Kibagami! Ninja Scroll was an excellent series and movie.

I really hate the flippant use of the word "iconic" in the media these days, but 'tis a good list.

Pretty good list, you went old school and named some character's that I'm not even hip to. I agree with Vampire Hunter D, I also think Kanaeda from Akira should definitely be on here. Spike from Cowboy Bebop, and I would throw in Major Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell. Great list though.

I love that Goku is number one...although a few other characters could have taken that spot. 

We need another Dragonball movie! Preferrably directed by the Wachowskis or Zack Snyder or SOMETHING!!! DAMNIT!

A Zack Snyder Dragoball movie would be f*cking ultra mega EPIC FTW.  I say we kidnap his ass and force him to do it!!!

I also think the Wachowskis could do it as they all ready kind of did at the end of the Matrix 3.  The fight between Agent Smith and Neo was a HUGE MASSIVE rip off of a classic DBZ fights!  Hell, they even had the shock waves when they punched!
