Sexy and scantily clad are not the same things, it's as much about attitude as appearance, maybe even more. Leia and the bikini was hot but laying next to Jabba she was looking like she'd rather have a root canal without the novacaine. As for Sigourney and her panties, after the day she had she was hardly in the mood to be naughty.

Leave Matt Dillon out and the Wild Things scene was epic. I must include Jane Seymour's milf scene from Wedding Crashers. Isla Fisher was also pretty hot in that, though more slutty than hot. Jamie Pressly from Poison Ivy 3 (any scene will do since she was scorching in that). Deborah Harry looked really good in Videodrome.
Elizabeth Berkley in the pool scene in SHOWGIRLS! All of us Saved By The Bell fanboys were waiting in line to see that movie. Including Dustin Diamond a.k.a. screech. ALL HAIL HANSO!... SON!
What about Britt Eckland doing her naked dance on the Wicker Man? Actually, the thing that worked for me on the Weaver scene in Alien was that she wasn't trying to look sexy she just was.
Props for having Catwoman as number one, she completely made that movie! I would remove Angelina Jolie though...way too many tats in that scene and someone needs to shove a cheeseburger down that skeleton's throat before I'd say she looks good without clothes! Jessica Alba should be bumped up a few more as well...even though that video was re-edited/looped, the original scene was SMOKIN'!
