I wouldn't put Lois Lane in this list cause she's a proffesional and dresses accordingly so the hotness is hidden. While most superhero chicks wear some tight spandex or hardly anything at all
I'd definitely have to add Black Canary, superhot. Zatanna if the flirting with Batman counts as girlfriend. And definitely Starfire, sexy, exotic and a bit of a nympho
