Just a few days after showing off their new 3D trailer for Green Lantern, Warner Bros. Pictures has also launched their tenth TV spot as well. You can check it out down below and the new trailer here. The action-adventure stars Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Peter Sarsgaard, Mark Strong, Angela Bassett, Tim Robbins, Temuera Morrison, Jay O. Sanders, Taika Waititi, Jon Tenney, Geoffrey Rush and Michael Clarke Duncan. Helmer Martin Campbell led the direction, based on a screenplay by Greg Berlanti, Michael Green, Marc Guggenheim and Michael Goldenberg.

Plot Concept: In a universe as vast as it is mysterious, a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. A brotherhood of warriors sworn to keep intergalactic order, each Green Lantern wears a ring that grants him superpowers. But when a new enemy called Parallax threatens to destroy the balance of power in the Universe, their fate and the fate of Earth lie in the hands of their newest recruit, the first human ever selected: Hal Jordan (Reynolds). Hal is a gifted and cocky test pilot, but the Green Lanterns have little respect for humans, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. But Hal is clearly the missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one thing no member of the Corps has ever had: humanity. With the encouragement of fellow pilot and childhood sweetheart Carol Ferris (Lively), if Hal can quickly master his new powers and find the courage to overcome his fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating Parallax...he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.

Green Lantern arrives in 3D/2D theaters June 17, 2011.

I can say almost the same thing I said for First Class about Green Lantern, it just looks better and better.

You know I think WB did the right thing by letting everyone see GL's cgi suit from early on. I think maybe we just got used to it and have learned to accept it and all the awesomeness from the movie is making it a non-issue now. I know it's no mlonger an issue for me and the fact that the movie looks so good is a huge factor and the 3D trailer mlooked amazing

I still don't care for the suit (especially the feet) but I think it looks pretty good, otherwise. I'll definitely be seeing it opening weekend.

I think you're right, Wise.  The other thing that really helped me accept the suit was the explanation that it is made of pure energy so if GL were real, his suit would not look like anything we'd ever seen before.  For some reason, that worked for me in my head.  I think the CG actually sells this idea better.

I also am starting to think the CG suit makes GL look not silly when using his ring constructs.  I think if the suit were a real suit, Reynolds would stand apart from the CG constructs so that it seemed as though something didn't belong.
