hanso- I thought of Dr. Henry Jones Jr. but none of his intros are that spectacular overall. In the first film he is a tough dude in the jungle, second in a tux in a nightclub and the third being punched. Skull is a good intro but only if you already know who Indy is.  Without that piece of knowledge it isn't as cool. Plus then you are stuck watching Skull so that has to count a little against it.

Betenoire - You don't think Jones had a good entrance?  I almost put him on the list for Raiders of the Lost Ark.  I thought it was cool how they showed him first sort of in the shadows, using his whip to disarm a guy and then finally stepping into the light for us to his face.  Reason I left him out was because I was probably gaming/ watching the NBA playoffs and didn't want to write anymore.  

How could you have forgotten the introduction of Sgt. Donny Donowitz (The Bear Jew) in Inglourious Basterds? 

"Got a German here wants to die for country. Oblige him!"
