ROFL!!  Mania/Cinescape... I have looked at your last list of bullshit lol.  Do you idiots even think about what you're going to populate your lists with?  Little Mermaid?... Dumbasses...

Wow, some of you guys took this thing too seriously.  Listen, guilty pleasures are a personal thing, this list is my take and I tried to mix it up a bit so it wouldn't be just an 80's action movie list.  Instead of complaining I suggest you add your own guilty pleasure in the comment section, this is your chance to come out of the closet.  That was actually one of the purposes of this thing, get the Mania community to share some of their guilty pleasures.

I see some great suggestions and I'm kind of upset I forgot about some of them.  Twister, They Live, Weekend At Bernies?  Hell yea!  The Last Dragon I didn't forget even though I didn't include it.   I remember Sho Nuff going to the movies, hilarious.  Anyway,  I rewatched a lot of these films for purpose of writing this thing up but by the time I found The Last Dragon on Netflix's Instant Viewing I had to turn the article in.  Still in my queque to watch, and most definitely will be on X Guilty Pleasures Part 2, if it ever happens :)

PS. Patrick Swayze is king!

LOL- I actually like ur list Hanso. Sidekicks' best scene was definitely that last part w/ that white ninja and the nunchuku display of craziness.

I would like to add Red Dawn and Remo Williams to this list.

I would have to add The Sword and The Sorceror to this list.  I remember this movie as a kid and loved it.  Lizard sorceror helps to overthrow a kingdom and is betrayed by the usurper he helped.  The youngest prince of the kingdom escapes and returns years later to exact his revenge, with the help of Joe Regalbuto ( you know, the Murphy Brown guy). Would love for Netflix to put this on to stream, but they don't even have it (Blockbuster Online does, but they suck).  I don't have a problem with your list.  It's YOUR guilty pleasure, and anyone who can't see it for what it is, needs to take a serious chill-pill.

I"m sorry but BRING IT ON is the ultimate guilty pleasure. Kirsten Dunst and Eliza Dushku in skimpy outfits jumping around? Nuff said

Blue Thunder (Roy Scheider, need I say more)

Legend (Tim Curry equals hugely watchable cheese)

Top Gun (the nicknames are awesome as is the beach volleyball game)

Any Highlander flick after the first one
