Yup, I mentioned it in my previous post. It's called A Cosmic Christmas. Very cool cartoon.
I don't know the other one you mention.

I haven't seen Cosmic Christmas in years. Only available on VHS. What's that?
I did download a torrent of it last year. Quality is so-so. I believe it was swiped from VHS format.
For the Disney-owns-Star Wars haters out there: The Christmas Special and the made for TV movies/Series/Droids Saturday Morning cartoon are far worse than Disney will ever do to the franchise. Case closed. Bring on the Disney Star Wars!
I never saw the Star Wars special other than the yuou tube clips. The Bear who Slept Through chrismas almost made the list.
No true Star Wars fan should avoid the Holiday Special. All should have to watch it all the way through at least twice in their lives. Once as a child, and once as an adult. Sadly, most who were born too late to watch it when it actually aired never see it as a kid, only as a grown-up. As a kid, it mostly just seemed boring, although I continually felt anticipation as I waited to see what would come next. As an adult, It mostly just seems like a train wreck, although you keep watching to discover what new horrors are to come.
If you're going to watch it, I suggest that you watch the version that's from a New York recording. It's the most notorious one, featuring the "Fighting the Frizzies, tonight at eleven!" bits. By watching this one, you get to relax during the commercial breaks. As an adult, the only thing that's as much fun to watch as the Boba Fett cartoon are the commercials. Not only do they provide a break from the pain, but it's kinda fun to watch those old-fashioned ads.
I think I've seen most of these. I definitely remember the The Stingiest Man in Town, I really enjoyed that as a kid. And though the star wars is laughable, it did have the cool Boba Fett story.
I think the biggest forgotten omission on this list is EMMET OTTER'S JUG BAND CHRISTMAS. I remember every year when i was young watching this Jim Henson created family christmas special.
@fenngibbon Your thinking about a Cosmic Christmas that had a boy and his pet goose meeting the 3 aliens. It was shown on the CBC every Christmas season for the longest time, but I have not seen this century yet.
