I've only seen that one twice.  They only aired it once on network TV during my childhood.  I saw that one, and a few years later a teached brought a VHS recording of it from HBO for us to watch on the last day of school before Christmas break.  It was extremely good, so I never understood at the time why it didn't come back every year like all the other quality specials.

Speaking of Muppets and Christmas, let's not forget the Muppets Family Christmas. I believe this was one of Jim Henson's last appearances. It was also quite special since it was a crossover of his big three: Fraggle Rock, Sesame Street and Muppets.

I still watch this one with my kids today and not the edited (due to copyrighted songs) DVD either.

I remember quite well the Pink Christmas and the Cosmic Christmas.  And yes, I saw the Star Wars Christmas special when it aired and even when I was 8, it was awful.  "Return to base.  Return to base."

I have seen the SW Holiday Special... Liked the Boba Fett cartoon and Bea Arthur as Ackmena... Only wish we could have gotten to see her in the Mos Eisley cantina again before her death....

As for the list, my kids have watched both the Claymation Xmas and Garfield Christmas (the 2nd one at least 100 times) this year... I think this list is also missing "A Wish for Wings that Work."
