These spots popped up everywhere on New Year's. It seemed an unusual ad campaign style for this type of film. I felt like it was counting down for a doomsday movie.

I'm hoping my kids will want to see this.

This film looks interesting and I am looking forward to seeing it.  But wasn't the whole crux of Wizard of Oz that the wizard was a con man who used Dorothy to do his dirty work?  If he becomes a "better man" in this film how do we reconcile that with him risking the life of a child for his own ends in Wizard of Oz?

I'm looking forward to this even though I'm starting to suffer from Kunis fatigue. Bitches that make it based solely on looks need to wear a muzzle and keep that gym membership active

Kunis Fatigue? They got pills for that. Don't operate heavy machinery after a dosage.

Karas, not sure if that is the only problem.  Though I thought the last movie made Dorthy seem like she just had a dream and Oz doesn't even exist at all, so really not sure it matters at all.  I've never read all the books, so don't really know the true story.

The black and white to color transition is classy and nice tip o the hat- Glad the director and producers decided to keep it in, as I hear there were some fights over it.
