I thought this movie was one of the best horror films of the last decade... I'm serious, I loved it. It was well done and didn't piss on the source material. For once, Vampires were scary again.

Maybe it was spot on from the book. But I needed more fights in it or a bigger fight at the end. I will skip this DVD and waiting for the format wars to end.

I thought this movie was amazingly bad.. Badly acted, and the screenplay was laughable, just like the vampires themselves... I walked out of this movie before it ended... Oh yeah, and you know a movie is really bad right away when the entire audience is laughing at the wrong parts
