I am very interested in who gets cast in the rolls. I wouldn't mind seeing Felica Day as Skye. I also wonder what other characters they'll have. They've got a ton of heroes to work with that could work in S.H.E.I.L.D. like Spider Woman.

I'm thinking Adam Baldwin as Grant.  May not be early 30s, but he is a Whedon-alum and would fit the description.

Mayhem, I think you're right on with Felicia Day as Skye.  My second bet would be Summer Glau.

Of course for Fitz-Simmons you could get Glau and Sean Mauer to reunite as brother and sister, but that's just my browncoat side doing the thinking.

How much you want to bet Skye will be played by Whedon's fave TV actress Eliza Duzku? I could also see roles for his other faves.

I am thinking Duzku will be Calvary.  Sounds good so far.  I hope they add Quartermain as an overseer perhaps.  With this supposedly being HIMYM's last season, maybe they'll be able to wrangle Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill.

I like these character descriptions but none are listed as team leader/overseer. So there may be at least one more character will be added before the show's premeier.

I thought they already said that Smulders was going to play Hill.  Could be mistaken.  I'm looking forward to this, and will be curious how this pans out.  Hope it is as good as I expect.
