This movie is gonna have one hell of job just living up to these posters!

When it comes to Zack Snyder's next fantasy Sucker Punch, Warner Bros. Pictures certainly seems to know where to focus their marketing to at this weekend's SDCC event. While launching their official website for his 2011 release, the studio has also revealed some eye-appealing character posters. Stare at them down below.
The film will star Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Carla Gugino, Jon Hamm, Oscar Isaac and Scott Glenn. Watchmen helmer Zack Snyder led the action from a script he wrote with Steve Shibuya.
Plot Concept: Set in the 1950s, "Sucker Punch" follows Babydoll (Emily Browning) who is confined to a mental institution by her stepfather, who intends to have her lobotomized in five days. While there, she imagines an alternative reality to hide her from the pain, and in that world, she begins planning her escape, needing to steal five objects to help get her out before she is deflowered by a vile man.
Sucker Punch will hit theaters March 25, 2011.

Movie sounds weird and probably fairly dumb, but damn these women are hot! I guess we might see if Hudgens is actually able to act or not. I haven't seen any of the HSM movies. Even if I had, they're so cheesy and dumb, I have a feeling that they woudn't be indicative of anyone's acting ability.
Those posters are definitely a big selling point! I also like the idea of this film. Another mind bending trip like Inception. Though this one has alot more fantasy elements.
Keeping a watch on this.
Hot chicks... Giant robots... Lollipops... Whats this film about? Time travel? Steampunk? I mean dont get me wrong, based on these posters Im there. I dont care if Hudgins can act. Hell I dont care if she can read! This looks like its gonna be a blast
It would be funny if Madame Gorsky was another refrence by Snyder to the urban legend of Neil Armstrongs moon landing which he also refrenced at the begining of Watchmen.
"Just before he re-entered the lander, he made the enigmatic remark "Good luck, Mr. Gorsky." When he was a kid, he was playing baseball with a friend in the backyard. His friend hit a fly ball which landed in the front of his neighbor's bedroom windows. His neighbors were Mr. & Mrs. Gorsky. As he leaned down to pick up the ball, young Armstrong heard Mrs. Gorsky shouting at Mr. Gorsky, "Oral sex! You want oral sex?! You'll get oral sex when the kid next door walks on the moon!"
Awesome posters. Several of them remind me of that "Sky Captain" movie. The cast seems like a bunch of no-names (well, to the average movie-goer they will), but sometimjes that can be a good thing.
I don't know, young girl put in a mental hospital by her stepfather in the 50s fantasizes while awaiting a lobotomy? Unless the movie ends with her somehow being rescued it sounds like a very depressing film. They are nice posters though.
