A 7th RESIDENT EVIL 3 Clip Hits

It seems that Sony/Screen Gems wants to give away a lot of information pertaining to the story of RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION. This latest clip they've released gives away a spoiler plot detail but the studio has released it to MSN Video in any case, the 7th clip released in 3 days. Extinction stars Milla Jovovich(Alice), Oded Fehr(Carlos), Ali Larter(Claire), Mike Epps(L.J), Iain Glen(Dr. Isaacs), Ashanti, Chris Egan, Spencer Locke & Jason O'Mara.

Plot Summary: Alice (Milla Jovovich), now in hiding in the Nevada desert, once again joins forces with Carlos Olivera (Oded Fehr) and L.J. (Mike Epps), along with new survivors Claire (Ali Larter), K-Mart (Spencer Locke) and Nurse Betty (Ashanti) to try to eliminate the deadly virus that threatens to make every human being undead... and to seek justice. Since being captured by the Umbrella Corporation, Alice has been subjected to biogenic experimentation and becomes genetically altered, with super-human strengths, senses and dexterity. These skills, and more, will be needed if anyone is to remain alive.

RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION hits theaters September 21, 2007.

I liked the first... HATED the second... but find myself really interested in the third... all I've seen so far looks decent.

Maybe it's just me, but I have had zero desire to see any of these movies. Could be because I've never played any of the games?

I've never played any of the games either. Don't have any interest in them (well, maybe 4 after all that Gamecube hype) -
But I was surprisingly impressed with the first one, and I enjoyed the second well enough.

But then I enjoyed Ultraviolet. Ever since Fifth Element I've loved watching Milla Jovovich kicking ass in movies.

I've only played Resident Evil 4 on the GameCube (kick ass game by the way, highly recommend you check it out) but I did see both Resident Evil movies to date. I enjoyed them both - they were hardly intellectually stimulating but they were entertaining. The only thing that really irked me about RE2 was that there was more plot in the last 10 minutes of that movie than there was in all of Resident Evil and the rest of RE2 combined.

RE3 isn't high on my must-see list of movies so I will wait until video to check it out, but I am curious about it. I'm just sick of the whole "get bitten and you turn into one of them" plot device in zombie and vampire movies.

I played RE 2, IT WAS SCARY. I'd turn off the lights, get all into it, It rocked. I saw the first movie, which was largely based on the 2nd Game, It was semi-ok, but the sequel BLEEEECH! Video game movies suck. They have no plot, the story is like...well like a video game, except I don't get to play, I have to sit and watch. No wonder they are giving it all away, I expect this movie to follow a long long long line of Video Game movies that SUCK!.
So far I've only compile d 2 video game movie adaptions that were decent (barely) Mario Bros. (forgive me I love Dennis Hopper), and Mortal Kombat

not a fan of resident evil movies, maybe because that milla chick is ugly as hell and she looks like a guy on top of that.
