Forget Debra Morgan... Rita has got to go!

Sam Winchester is annoying?  No, he's just insecure and emotionally conflicted.  That's what makes good DRAMA.

And for Lost, if you want annoying, pick on Kate.  That girl just makes my teeth ache.

Naurto from Naurto, love the show but he is annoying.

And finally obama since he is putting on a show for the whole world. 

 Tara is awesome. Sure she's bitchy and crazy but messed up characters like her are what make that show. She was a bit boring in season 2, all wrapped up in her romance, but, given what happened at the end, I expect she'll be totally nuts in season 3. 

This is pretty amazing but , its the first time okonmiyaki and I agree about something. Tara is pretty awesome. Yeah, she has some issues but considering her baggage, she carries herself pretty well. And not to pull out the race and cultural difference card but I know and have met plenty women of color from the south that are exactly like Tara, maybe minus the emotional baggage. She is very real.

What`s annoying, is this list. Sam Winchester is definitely not annoying and neither are like 90% of these people. Kahlan? Are you nuts? When has she ever been annoying. She's hot and a badass fighter. I don't watch Whisperer so I don't know. Some of the character might be @annoying@ from time to time, but so can every character on a show. You'd be hard pressed to not find a character on TV that annoyed someone at some point. during a show.

How about the next list be, "Most annoying lists or writer on Mania"? How about "most annoying Commentors who have to continually throw up their political issues on a genre website." Probably too long.

I agree. I loved Tara from moment one, when she went off on the idiot customer. Rita is definately the annoying one on Dexter, not Deborah. Mainly because Rita character is so often used for 'Oh my, how will Dexter ever get out of this?' plot holes. Again, Richard is a great character on Lost. Just because you don't know the answers surrounding a character, doen't make the character annoying.  As for Heroes, the writers are the annoying ones there too. They have these great characters to work with, but don't know what to do with them. Matt is one of them, as are Hiro and Peter.  And as if there aren't enough underused characters on this show, lets add a carnival full of them too. I agree with Ponyboy, the list itself is the annoying thing here.

I'm with Karas1, if anyone from Lost should be picked, it's Kate.  More annoying since she's one of the main stars to anchor the show and obviously will never die...sadly.

Some of the shows I've never seen here. Never watched Dexter, Supernatural, Ghost Whisperer, and just a couple of Seeker. "What!?! Sacrilege!" I know. But I just haven't watched these shows.

I due agree on Tara. She's cute, but I'd keep 20 yards away from her. And how many Southern Black women actually have southern accents other than Whitley on A Different World? But you never hear it in real life.

Definitely Kate for Lost. Again very cute but annoying.

Annoying on Heroes? Pick one! 

Dazzler: I love Russ on Survivor! Unlike other people on prior seasons who come across as villains, he is fun and so confident in himself in a way that I enjoy. No one else on this season is remotely interesting (except the blonde in the bikini).

I don't find any of these characters annoying in the least. In fact, Parkman has always been my favorite Hero.
