I think it would make sense to build a universe around some of the non Marvel/DC/Hasbro properties of the 80's, and run from there.  My only choice from this offering would be Galaxy Rangers, but I don't know the status of that property's copyrights.

Also; while I don't agree with the name that NotAFan called the producers, I agree with the idea that Thundaar is no-brainer.  That is, as long as producers don't disrespect the property and make it a comedy (as was the case with Land of the Lost)...

Ma-ma-ma-Mask!!! I cant believe i still remembered the theme song. I have to bring it back or move it to the big screen or something. I'm sure i still have some of my old toys boxed up somewhere

for the record, I included only shows made for the U.s. market.  Obviously there are many great Japanese shows that could have been included but I was aiming for those shows most familiar to U.S. fans

I'm definitely with kwsupes: An EXO-SQUAD movie would have to be high budget to be done right, but I would gladly give my second or third born to see Lt. Wing Command J.T. Marsh and crew battling on the big screen. ESPECIALLY if he rocks the fade.

M.A.S.K. is definitely the next logical step after Transformers and G.I. JOE for the reasons Mr. Janson states above.

In addition to Silver Hawks, I would also suggest Visionaries and Centurions. 'Nuff said.

There was a cartoon way back in my primordial days in the early 70's, maybe late. I can't for the life of me remember what it was, but it was kinda green lantern-y. I remember three people with power cufflinks, one of them I think was in another cartoon team-up, he had long blond hair and was named Hercules. But in this, he had two companions that dressed the same, and a talking head computer that taught me the word, "Affirmative." He said that a lot. I can't remember it!!!!

Any clues? They flew in space a lot! and always had force fields. Beyond that, its vapor.

Exo- squad, Galaxy Rangers, Defenders of the Earth, Mask etc.  Dude great list my only problem is I think they should make them animated movies cause we all know how Hollywood murders our childhood dreams!
