First Teaser Trailer for TERMINATOR SALVATION - Jul 17, 2008 - 03:44pm
Wow...I am shocked that you are insulting pony...WOW.

First Teaser Trailer for TERMINATOR SALVATION - Jul 17, 2008 - 08:06am
Looks interesting. I am not a huge Terminator fan, but I enjoyed the first and Third one. Hanso, I am shocked about others not liking your two-face personality (pun intended), SON. The Son thing is overrated, as is TDK. I trust when you return to the site after viewing the movie, you will rave, but once the reality sets in (Like SR and Spider-Man 3)that you will see it was all hype and no substance. Please, a movie that is great does not need advertisements that this is s BEFORE the movie is out. Anyone remember Cloverfield? I know it will be a decent opening. I just do not think it will reach 100mil like so many assume it will. Back to T4, I am excited to see a new take on this movie. I just do not see Christian Bale as John Connor. He went from Geek to Stud in no time since T3, it appears. I will give this a chance. However, a short trailer like this is hard to get anyone excited or disappointed.

New Full Trailer for Frank Miller's SPIRIT - Jul 16, 2008 - 12:04pm
I thought it looked great! However, we all know how deceiving trailers are. Might look good and it turns out horrid, or it might look like rubbish and be fantastic. this looks promising and has to be tens times better than the gay-fest that is 300. Oh and speaking of which, I am sad to say that most of you will be a bit disappointed in The Dark Knight. I am not sure why everyone says it reminds them of Sin City and 300, it has a certain style, but that is all. It looks to be much different, but how can we tell from one trailer?

BATMAN-GOTHAM KNIGHT (Two-Disc Collector's Edition) - Jul 14, 2008 - 02:08pm
Well, I saw an advanced screening of TDK on Sat Afternoon in Iowa! that was one crazy night, I have never seen so many rabid fans for one movie, and that includes Star Wars and Spider-Man. To be honest, I was sucked into the excitement that night. Yet, as I knew the movie was quite overhyped and fell short of even the previous movie. As the first one was of the mind and the personal battle Bruce Wayne went through, this movie was the exact opposite. It was basically Action, action, action. Was the Action great? YES. Was it needed? No. Ledger is nothing ore than a secondary character and he is not really in the movie all that much. In fact, it reminds of SPider-Man 3's Venom, he is just there. Does Ledger do a good job? Well, it all depends. Do you imagine the joker as a winy sounding villain? It is just hard to say his Joker is the best, as it does not feel like the Joker. It feels like a new character. It was a bit boring. I will post a review, but I am debating whether to wait until the movie comes out or do it now...as there will be spoilers. Input would be nice.

BATMAN-GOTHAM KNIGHT (Two-Disc Collector's Edition) - Jul 11, 2008 - 01:20pm
As much as I wanted to enjoy this movie, I have to be blunt, it was horrible. The animation, though "unique", felt rushed and inadequate. I cannot believe how great the back grounds looked, but the title characters were rubbish. It would have been much better if it were a Full length movie, with a solid story, it was loosely tied together and it made me bored. I loved the animation on the second segment, that was good....but the segment with the repelling bullets gizmo was atrocious! I HOPE the movie is much better as this does not give many people high hopes. I am a little annoyed I waste 15 on this movie. As I will never watch it again. EVER.

Box Office: HANCOCK Flies into July 4th Victory - Jul 07, 2008 - 12:39pm
Why would writing in spanish make me feel better? I see you fail to see the point. No matter. Again, TDK will be nothing more than a hyped fad. Predator, if all goes well, my words will be piercing. No matter, we will all see on the 18th.

Box Office: HANCOCK Flies into July 4th Victory - Jul 07, 2008 - 12:22pm
Yeah, "son", you did not state you were on a deserted island, huh bro? That shit is wacked. Yes, Hancock is a great movie. The box office would suggest this true as well. TDK would be lucky to crack the 80mil bracket. Hows this, if TDK cracks 107mil (Hancock numbers)opening weekend, then I will never come back to this site again, simple as that, mates. Oh, sorry. Straight up easy, son. Fo shizzle. Wow, kid, I sure do have to admit, that I love how you go from proper english to your urban dwelling. Does that not get tiring for you? To be two different people? I am "glued" to your shit, huh? Right, we will see.

Box Office: HANCOCK Flies into July 4th Victory - Jul 07, 2008 - 12:09pm
Well "Bro", you seem to be back to the son lingo. Not to worry, I figured what I said would irritate you and you would come out full force. Listen, Kid, you may have others fooled, but not me. You are supposed to be on your vacation, no? Yet, you want to waste by going on mania.com? Something does not add up properly. Oh, to each their own. As for the newcomer, there used to be a lot of people here that had good posts. I cannot remember their names of the top of my head, but it seems a new batch like hanso are now the frontrunners in posts. Oh wait, I remember a few one was MxM and another was merin, what happened to mlaforcer? Do not see much of them around anymore. I remember when sonyman and others were the trolls of this site, not look at them, all "grow'd" up. Well, I have to admit, this has been interesting, but the fact remains. Hancok was a great movie, Batman Begins was not. And now we will get a mediocre movie fueled by the passing of a great actor. Sad.

Box Office: HANCOCK Flies into July 4th Victory - Jul 07, 2008 - 09:29am
It died because of its camera shots? What about Blair Witch? People seem to keep going to that movie and the camera work there was much worse. LOL!!!!! Wow, I cannot believe you just stated that Cloverfield did not make money because of its camera, yet Blair Witch made MUCH more money with even LESS of a budget and more crappy camera movement. Lets put it in perspective. Blair Witch made 141 million domestically. Cloverfield? LOL 80mil. How about worldwide? TBWP made 248mil. Cloverfield? 171mil. Doesn't even COMPARE. So how is it, 9 years ago, we can have the same camera movements (worse) and still make more money than Cloverfield? Blair Witch blows Cloverfield out of the water. Cloverfield died, because the story sucked and it was not a good bloody movie! Simple as that. Nolan has earned nothing. He says one thing and then his rubbish ass does another. Yet, people eat it up! amazing. I stick by my predictions for TDK.

Box Office: HANCOCK Flies into July 4th Victory - Jul 07, 2008 - 08:28am
ponyboy76, do you know anything of physics? If so, then you know that a 3 ton (2.5) TANK cannot be supported on mere rooftops. Jet propelled in certain scenes, not the whole time, and even so, it does not FLY, as you so kindly put it and jet propelled means nothing. RaithManan, I keep having to delete my doubled posts, they are driving me nuts! My Prediction on the TDK takes: 70+ opening, domestic: 170Mil and Worldwide 340+mil. The hype will be squashed when people see what the movie has to offer, which is hype, which is why Cloverfield died in theaters (60% drop, ouch)

Box Office: HANCOCK Flies into July 4th Victory - Jul 07, 2008 - 07:55am
Ponyboy76, A 3 ton tank cannot drive on a roof. regardless if it is ALL TERRAIN. Seriously, where is the logic in that? I am not saying I want the streamlined Batmobile (though it would be LIGHTER than a TANK), I am saying it cannot DRIVE ON ROOFS. Who said you had to defend Batman Begins? I think you are just defensive.

Box Office: HANCOCK Flies into July 4th Victory - Jul 07, 2008 - 07:30am
Thank You, RaithManan for your input. One issue though, Batman Begins was not all that wonderful. In fact it bothered to no ends. I liked the look of Batman Begins and the some of the story, but for goodness sake, Batman is driving a TANK in a crowded city and he drives it on the bloody ROOF! Now where is the realism in that? So many other issues with this movie, that it makes me wonder why so many people say they loved Batman Begins. Every time I mention the malarkey that happened in the movie, people start questioning if they like it. Oh, I didn't see that or Oh yeah, he was driving on the roof. Nolan states he wanted to make real batman movies(not sure if that made sense), yet most of it was ridiculous, and do not get me started on Batman Voice, EVERYONE knows about the horrible voice. As for Superman Returns, what a god awful film, I liked (God help me) the first time I watched it, but then when I bought it on DVD, I could no longer watch it. I was BORED to death. Even I was caught up in the over hyped trash that is now known as Superman Returns. Where was the story? The action? The great human interaction? Real Estate? Really? Bloody REAL ESTATE? What on earth would convince Studio heads that the world wants to see Superman fight a REAL ESTATE plot? RUBBISH!!!! Oh and yes, I have to agree, the Suit is horrific. I thought I liked it and the more and more I see it, I want to smack the queer that designed it. Supes is not GAY (Nothing wrong with Gay...but supes is NOT) Smallville, well, I can not even watch that trash. They've decided to do their own thing with Supes and thats their own hole that they have dug. What started this Superman rant, might I ask? Interesting. How it went from Hancock, to TDK and then Supes. LOL. Fantastic.

Box Office: HANCOCK Flies into July 4th Victory - Jul 07, 2008 - 06:41am
hanso, LeBron James? Really? This is your analogy? Has LeBron won a championship? Will he next season? Is he not not ready to jump ship? LeBron James is a phenomenal basketball player, but does not equal the hype he has received. Same goes for TDK. How do you know it will go beyond the hype? Have you seen it? Or is this merely speculation on your part? I tend to believe it to be speculation. Have you seen The Happening? Did you get the movie if you did? Much more to it than killer foliage. As for SHH, many on their are not excited about TDK, stated many times. Same goes for IMDB.com and others. Just read it. Oh and Hanso, I did see your response to my questioning your use of "Son". You stated that you will say what you wish, yet as others made fun of you on here you seem to quit saying it altogether. what happened? What made you stop that insane phrase? I just find it hilarious you start reverting back to proper grammar and stopped with your urban vibe. Which I tend to enjoy. The urban thing was just not cutting it. PREDATOR, Oooooooo how I loath theee. :)Seriously, I too agree with you, RIP Bozo the Clown, and thank you. Hanso, The are practically Gods. Angels if you will.

Box Office: HANCOCK Flies into July 4th Victory - Jul 07, 2008 - 06:13am
I thought Hancock was fantastic. Can I ask, what SPECIFICALLY did people not like about Hancock? From what I see word of mouth generated a lot of business for this movie. I thought it was a wonderful film. I hope to see a sequel. The Movie is funny, smart has plenty of action and the acting was great. Jason Bateman stole the show and Will was great as usual. The Story was solid, one part I did not understand and have yet to get and answer is when Theron's character during her introduction and them eating spaghetti that she states that Bateman's character is going through a bad divorce. Did not understand that. As for the length and story of Hancock, the movie was drastically cut down on time so it could warrant a pg-13 rating. It was a hard R. Berg states that at least 17 minutes were cut. I would love to see an unrated version. Maniacs seem to be their own breed. Trying so hard to go against what they think is hip. The Dark Knight is obviously being over hyped and is over saturating itself. I find it hard to believe it will be bigger than Iron Man. Not many people I know care to see it. First because they are sick with the campaign and viral ads and they are not interested in Heath Ledger's Joker. More so that he passed. Here on Mania I see soooo many people hyping it up. Other sites people seem sick of it. As usual Maniacs are the minority (Is that a bad thing?). People here Love SR and the Incredible Hulk (even though the over-all population states that neither of these movies are good) and dislike edgier films such as Juno and The Happening. Very odd. Oh well, to each their own.I just hope that people here do not lose their love of movies because they was to be so drastically different.

Sigourney Weaver Up for ALIENS 5 - Jul 07, 2008 - 05:59am
I'm there! Oh and Genretime, not feeling your post. But worthy none-the-less.

DreamWorks Planning KUNG FU PANDA 2 - Jun 26, 2008 - 10:59am
hanso, Is "son" your new catchphrase? Are you going to start saying "feel me?" or "fo shizzle"? reading your past posts, you spoke like a normal human being. Didn't find and 'son" reference. Exactly when did you go from an articulate human being to urban slang? Well, "Peeps", I am outta here, gotta go chilax with the female gender. LATE! Oh and um, I am a baller as well. About the movie, Kung Fu Panda is not all that it cracks up to be. I would much rather watch Shrek, and I do not like Shrek. I am excited for Wall-E, though. alien

Top Maniacal Rumors: Spidey Confusion, Mandrake Mistakes & Office Robots - May 30, 2008 - 09:41am
Rated R flicks are a no go? What wankers! Who cares what the rating is as long as it is a good movie. Also, I am sick of Spider-man rumors, let the franchise be and continue with Hulk and Iron Man, how is that so damn hard?

Murphy's Confirmed Return as Beverly Hills COP - May 30, 2008 - 09:35am
This is actually quite intriguing! I am not a huge fan of the trilogy and I loved the Second movie, but Murphy getting back to his roots seems wise. However, why not give us Raw 2 instead of this? I would much rather want to watch that.

Berkley, Evigan Join DONNIE DARKO Sequel - May 30, 2008 - 09:32am
Berkley from Saved by the Bell? Not much of her going around after the bloody disappoint of Showgirls, now is there? Donnie Darko is actually a fairly deep and moving movie, why on earth would they want to try and milk a sequel off of it? With another director no doubt? amazing how people can obtain jobs remaking others ideas when the more talented and original ideas are overlooked?

5 Almost-Great Sci-Fi Films Worth a Second Look - May 15, 2008 - 08:45am
Enemy Mine is an absolute favorite of mine. Oh an dno, Drac was nto Male, you just stated exactly what Drac was. ASEXUAL. Where is Jarrod? Time Bandits will always be a classic. The List is fairly intriguing.

X-FILES: I WANT TO BELIEVE Trading Cards - May 12, 2008 - 08:59am
Um, I am bit lost here. Why on earth would you post info on trading cards when the official trailer for The-X Files: I want to Believe is up and running on the xfiles site? I find that a bit off. No offense to the staff but I find some of your reporting a bit lackluster. I am also not a fan of the sites redesign now that I think about it. Could we please go back to the old format? Keep the bloody avatars, but get rid of the other crap. Oh and I do like your new logo.

IRON Launches To Top With 104.2 Mil Debut - May 05, 2008 - 09:25am
Iron Man was a very good movie. I have to admit that it is the best super-hero movie made so far. As for the trailers. I was disappointed in Hulk and TDK. Hulk CGI is horrid and TDK Joker and Batman Showdown in the street seems like a direct rip off of 1989's Batman. To me, that is absurdly annoying. Iron Man is now officially awesome. RDJ is now a super star and the sequel will be darker and even more intense. This is What Superman Returns wanted to be. Sad that a literal man of steel beat the better well known, man of steel.

Official HULK Site Launched & More. - Mar 14, 2008 - 11:47am
Not really feeling the trailer. Seriously, the computer graphics are completely unsatisfactory. I do like Norton though. I think I will skip this one.

Weisz Returns to Egypt in AGORA - Mar 14, 2008 - 11:46am
scrumptious.

Gugino Helps Race to WITCH MOUNTAIN - Mar 14, 2008 - 11:44am
Carla is absolutely gorgeous. I have a huge crush on her. siiiiiiigh......perfection.

Joker's Girlfriend, Superman Returns & Beyond! - Feb 29, 2008 - 12:38pm
Merin, what on bloody earth are you talking about? Superman Returns had WHAT problems with Singer? Look fellas, we do not NEED Singer at the helm. We need a really well written and action orientated Superman Movie. Not a Pseudo-gay, Jesus imitating movie. I just cannot fathom how people want Singer back.

RAMBO - Jan 28, 2008 - 01:20pm
He just looks so old. I have a hard time believing a 61 year old man can do that much damage. What is Next? Harrison Ford Playing Indiana Jones in a fourth movie? Or Bruce Willis Doing a fourth Die Hard? Imagine if Arnold Schwarzenegger decided to do a Fourth Terminator? Hogwash. It is just highly unbelievable.

New 'Suit' Photos for HANCOCK - Jan 28, 2008 - 01:15pm
Well, not ot be harsh, but Will Smith should most likely take a rest. Do not get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoy Smith;s movies, but he seems to be just doing anything that would be a glimmer of a blockbuster.

First INDY Trailer Hits Theaters Feb 14 - Jan 21, 2008 - 10:29am
I am not too interseted in this movie. Am I the only one? I think this franchised died with TLC.

BOND 22 Filming in Austria - Jan 21, 2008 - 10:26am
Can someone please be kind enough to explain how casino royale got a sequel? To be quit honest, I found the reboot Bond to rather light and retarded at times. So many damn issues with the beginning chase scene and the story is unbelievable. It felt like a rushed and forced movie. Yet, it gets a sequel. Sorry to vent, but I spent 27.88 pounds on the damn blu-ray.....and I am so angry now.

Bat Battle: Who's The Best Movie Batman Ever? - Jan 11, 2008 - 05:27am
Are you people BLOODY insane? It is absurd to say that Bale's Batman is superior in anyway. Michael Keaton may have not "looked" like the ideal Bruce Wayne, but as batman he was fantastic! Bales' Batman is comical, remember his dumb batman voice? Or more like forced sounds? Not one time do I remember Batman almost growling. By far the best actor to play batman is Michael Keaton. Here is my list. 1. Keaton 2.Clooney 3. Kilmer 4. Bale 5. West The movies are what you want them to be, but the actor that I thought was great casting is above. That list has me absolutely cheesed off. Seriously, does no one have an ounce of taste? Because Batman Begins and the Dark Knight are new, that means Bales is the best? Absurd rubbish!

DARK KNIGHT Trailer Officially Hits the Web - Dec 17, 2007 - 09:03am
Interesting trailer. Not quite sure what I think. I loved Batman Begins, but I do not have a good feeling about this movie. The Prologue is very boring. To be honest, the IMAX theater I was in, no one seemed impressed with the prologue or the trailer. I was questioned on what I thought of the trailer and the Prologue and why I went to see I Am Legend (which is fantastic by the way.). I stated that I didn't really feel any excite with the new batman movie. I do not think Heath is a good joker. A lot of people exiting the theater said the same thing. There is a lot of blah feeling to it. Someone stated it felt artificial or forced. I feel the same way. However, you cannot base a movie on a trailer. Yet, Ledgers Joker is nothing special. He does remind me of a mentally handicapped individual. Not crazy, but retard.

First Set photo of X-FILES 2 Online - Dec 12, 2007 - 01:18pm
My main question is why Gillian is not shown. ElvisGump has a point about his assumption. In actuality, Gillian Anderson looks fantastic. Here is a pic http://imdb.com/gallery/granitz/5634/Events/5634/GillianAnd_Grani_12246988_400.jpg.html?path=pgallery&path_key=Anderson,%20Gillian%20(I) She is definitely a looker. Yet, it bothers me she is not in the photo. I think X-files has run its course. The casting they chose for this movie does not hold up well for me.

New Line Travels to PLANET 51 - Nov 27, 2007 - 12:59pm
This movie sound fantastic. I like the animation.

Shatner Talks STAR TREK Snub - Oct 27, 2007 - 08:59pm
I have to agree with metalwater here. He makes a clear argument. Shatner would bring in more money. Even if it is just a glimspe, as we would see him as Kirk, and that is the draw! TO see Kirk (the actor who originated him) in the 21st century. That would make money. Howevr, to be honest. I do not think Shatner wants to do the movie. He is involved with other Trek media, but not the movie? Quite odd.

Shatner Talks STAR TREK Snub - Oct 27, 2007 - 05:29pm
To be honest. I am sick of the time traveling concept. So now we have Romulans trying to Kill Kirk? Why? Seriously. The whole idea of this movie is very sad. how do people see potential in this movie?

Shatner Talks STAR TREK Snub - Oct 27, 2007 - 02:58pm
What does being a trekkie have to do with wanting a GOOD story? Yes, the PREQUEL is the Future, but it has been told. We know it and understand it. Prequels do not work well, and it has shown. Star Trek needs a huge bloody battle and new direction, not remake iconic characters. Why not use Shatner if they are going to remake this? I honestly think Shatner does nto want to do it. He thinks it is an insult. Nimoy is just acting weird. For years he wanted to break away fromt his, and then he decides to be a minor part in the movie? He wouldn;t do it for Generations, but he will do it for this garbage? Shatner is a box office draw. To see Kirk again on the screen would be fantastic! However, it would nto make sense, due to his death in Generations. This movie should be shelved. Come out with a new show with a new cast and NOT the Enterprise and go from there.

POLTERGEIST Remake Rumors Continue - Oct 27, 2007 - 02:50pm
Bloody hell! Why one earth do they have to remake a movie that still scare the crap out of us? This movie in no way needs to be touched. Leave it alone! What is next? An Exorcist remake? And no, the PREQUELS were not remakes. To be completely frank, this remake business is really getting to be overkill. Leave it BE! Be original! For God's sake, be original Hollywood!

UNDERWORLD Prequel Cast & Plot Update - Oct 26, 2007 - 03:35pm
TO be honest, I would prefer a third movie and finish the trilogy. Then you can do a prequel. I would much rather watch underworld with Kate Beckinsale in it.

Teresa Palmer Lands WONDER WOMAN Role? - Oct 26, 2007 - 03:33pm
She has to be brunette. However, why would she not be a good Wonder Woman? If she is blonde, yeah, then it would not work. But she has the look and she is well porportioned ;)

New Photo of PREDALIEN Appears Online - Oct 26, 2007 - 03:32pm
I think this movie will be fantastic. The Trailer looks great (not that you can base a movie on a trailer). The Predalien is a great idea. I am not sure why people do not approve of it.

Your 25 Greatest Action Heroes - Oct 24, 2007 - 05:40pm
1. Sigourney Weaver 2. Arnold Schwarzenegger 3. Harrison Ford 4. Bruce Willis 5. Milla Jonovich 6. Keanu Reaves 7. Kurt Russell 8. Sylvester Stallone 9. Mel Gibson 10. Hugh Jackman 11. Chow yun fat 23. Samuel L. Jackson 24. Peter Weller 25. Chuck Norris

My Thoughts on 30 DAYS OF NIGHT - Oct 24, 2007 - 04:22pm
I agree, it was an excellent movie. Surprising actually. I was really liking the no nonsense approach the director took in this film.

HEROES: Fight or Flight - Oct 24, 2007 - 04:21pm
Kristen Bell is Extremely hot in this photo. Wow. As for Heroes, Even Kristen Bell and Ali Later cannot bring me to watch this horrid production. It reminds of Lost, which I loved until nothing happened. It would seem that the creators had a great pitch, but had no where to go other than that. Now Reaper is looking to be fantastic!

Rupert Evans is the New SUPERMAN? - Oct 24, 2007 - 04:19pm
Other breaking news: Dakota Fanning is Wonder Woman and Samuel L. Jackson is Batman. Playing Braniac is the ApplePro. Seriously, why on earth would anyone believe this rubbish?

Anthony Hopkins Plays 'Dad' to the WOLFMAN - Oct 20, 2007 - 08:23pm
Honestly, am I the only one who who thinks this movie will be ridiculous? Seriously, Benincio Del Toro really does look like a wolfman. What special effects could they possibly use?

New Sci-Fi Series REVOLUTION Greenlit - Oct 20, 2007 - 08:21pm
Basically it is Battlestar Galactica. If they can make this an even show with sci-fi and politics, then yes, it will be good. However, lets not get to far into copying other shows. Thsi has potential to be very independent and strong on its own.

SUPERNATURAL: Bad Day at Black Rock - Oct 20, 2007 - 08:19pm
What shocks me the most about this show is that it is getting better as time goes on. What makes it even a little bit sweeter is due to the fact Jason Vorhees will be guest starring on this show! I find that to be fantastic.

The New Look of CAPTAIN AMERICA - Oct 13, 2007 - 08:58pm
I like it. To be honest, it is not the greatest, but it is an improvement of sorts. One issue I have are the darn wings on his head. Hasn't time progressed enough to get rid of them?

Cho as Sulu, Pegg as Scotty in STAR TREK - Oct 12, 2007 - 05:36pm
I just posted some news about this production. Everything I hear makes me quite displeased and I have no desire to see this. It will bomb at the Box Office and then Paramount will have to bury a wonderful franchise.

Abrams Has a New KIRK? - Sep 28, 2007 - 02:32pm
This movie gives me mixed feelings. I want to see star trek on the big screen again, I just feel JJ is not the person to do it. Enterprise has gone this route and failed. What makes paramount think this movie will succeed? We need a star trek war movie. No holds bar. Not a prequel about a series that was more mystical than science fiction. then changing it to fit today. Doesn't feel right.

Tyrese Gibson For GREEN LANTERN in JLA? - Sep 28, 2007 - 02:30pm
Does this movie HAVE to be made? I am not sure why, but this movie gives me a bad feeling.

More EUREKA and TRUTH Returning to Sci Fi - Sep 28, 2007 - 02:28pm
I really enjoy Eureka, however is Destination a good show? I have never watched it. It never really caught my attention.

Update: Jessica Biel Out of WONDER WOMAN - Sep 26, 2007 - 02:47pm
Hmmmmm, I am not sure what to think. She is actually very curvy. Has a great body. It is just her acting I question. Can she really convince us she is an amazon Princess? I would love to give her a chance. However, she is not the first choice for me.

THE SIMPSONS MOVIE Hits DVD Dec 3 & 18 - Sep 26, 2007 - 02:45pm
It appears a lo tof people who loved transformers, now seem to dislike it. As for The Simpsons, it was easily one of the best films of the summer. Refreshing and not a sequel. I prefer DVD. I wonder why international obtains the Movie before The US?

TERMINATOR 4 Arrives in 2009 - Sep 26, 2007 - 02:42pm
Interesting news. A new Terminator trilogy? Not to sound negative, but shouldn't they at least wait to see if the Sara Connors TV series is a hit or not? I am not really liking this tidbit of news. Sounds pushed. This sounds like over saturation. Learn from Star Trek

Lucas Details Both STAR WARS Shows - Sep 22, 2007 - 04:14pm
Not a Star Wars fan, this does not have my interest. I cannot see how a live action Star Wars show can be entertaining. Maybe I will check out the CGI show, but Star Wars is now a joke in my book. Which, oddly enough is not a Joke book.

New SUPERGIRL Trailer for Smallville - Sep 22, 2007 - 03:52pm
madmanic999, You put a smile on my face. I feel the same way you do about Smallville. I just cannot take how did you put it, "90210" this show has become. Yes, Sadly, being a fan of the Superman comics, I have to admit, they keep throwing away what made Superman great and they keep adding more useless and unentertaining stories.

Tom Welling OUT of JLA Movie - Sep 22, 2007 - 03:50pm
A JLA movie would be rather refreshing. It all depends on how the producers and Director approach this movie. It cannot be taken to lightly. It has to look and feel serious in order for it to work. As long as they do not make another tragedy that is Superman Returns. I think Singer is a terrific Director, but he just cannot handle The Superman Franchise, I am extremely glad the sequel is on hold. Lets hope for a great JLA movie.

RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION - Sep 22, 2007 - 03:46pm
Not to dismiss your view, gauleyboy420, but I rather enjoyed Resident Evil: Extinction. Mind you this is not an oscar worthy movie, but it was well beyond the best out of the three. If the Second is counted at all, which I think it should not. No one seems to mention how well Ali Larters and Mike Epps acted in this movie. It was actually really good.
