5 DC Comics We Want on TV (Article) - 11/17/2010 1:27:43 AM

As a superhero/married couple TV seires is still to be seen (the closest was Lois & Clardk) I would love to see a Green Arrow/Black Canary series done with a light tone (think The Thin Man or Hart to Hart).

Another couple that would be fun to see on screen could be Mister Miracle/Big Barda.

By the way as they're introducing the Kirby characters in Smallville how about them? Barda is a bit though to cast.

WONDER WOMAN Lassos TV Deal (Article) - 10/2/2010 3:12:58 AM

Sorry, I made a mistake. The TV series of the 90s was supposed to be produced by Deborah Joy LeVine, after "Lois & Clark".

Laeta Kalogridis wrote instead a draft of the movie for Joel Silver, draft that got great praises from Gail Simone.

Strange. I would have loved to see David E. Kelley produce and write with Dan Slott a She Hulk Tv series. "Ally McBeal with superpowers and alternate realities". Will Michelle Pfeiffer do a cameo in it?

I hope this project will actually get made and not end in the trashcan like the WW series by Laeta Kalogridis that was in the planning years ago and even had a worldwide search fo the lead actress. Artist Nicola Scott auditioned for the role too.

Laeta is a fan of WW, I would like to see a movie or an episode of the series written by her.

10 Coolest Superman Stories to Date (Article) - 8/6/2010 1:01:30 AM

Death of Superman and Superman/Batman: Supergirl are far from being in the top 10 Superman stories. Maybe not even in the top 50.

I said it before elsewhere, I'm surprised that Satoshi Kon didn't sue Nolan for plagiarism. Inception has a lot in common with his Paprika animated movie.

GREEN LANTERN 2 On the Way! (Article) - 6/10/2010 6:38:00 AM

Tamara Drewe is a nice little movie. Predictable, but fun, with good actors. The best thing about it (apart from Gemma Arterton with few clothes on) is the portrayal of the boring life of two teenage girls in the British countryside and their sexual fantasies based on the things they read in the gossip magazines.

RE: GL and Flash - Berlanti & Co. are comic-book fans and writers, together with Geoff Johns they really could build the basis for the movie DC universe. Hopefully we'll get some kind of relese scheduling for the DC movies at the SD Comic-Con.

SECRET SIX: UNHINGED Graphic Novel Review (Article) - 3/21/2010 1:12:32 PM

This series is a real jewel. Gail's handling of the characters, the pace iof the story, how she breaks most of the issues in 1-page sequences, coupled with Nicola Scott art made the early 14-issues a great ride.

BATMAN 3 Scouting Underway? (Article) - 2/24/2010 6:49:53 AM

Jonathan Ross may be a bit biased towards Kick-Ass as hos wife co-wrote the movie.
