As for Osborne, dude in the upper right. Looks like an a-hole.
Of the 4 pictures shown, I'd choose either of the top 2, based on looks. The guy in the bottom right pic looks like Justin Beiber and Leonardo DiCaprio had a child. Of course it only matters that they pick the one that can act the best.
That being said, the last film sucked. Not in a huge way, it was just extremely average with a wasted chance at a really great villain. I hope the sequel is better....or worse if it would put Spiderman back on the road to Marvel.

I'm not up to date with the incredible amazing ultimate Spiderman NOW. Way back when, Harry was a decent guy. He was Peter's best pal before the death of Gwen at the hands of Harry Osborne Green Goblin. Papa's death sent him over the mental cliff.
I've never seen any of these guys in my life either. Harry was always a skinny geeky guy in the comics, so I would go with the dude in the lower left.
By all those headshots, they each look like they belong in Twilight.
Sam Claflin is also set to play Finnick in the next Hunger Games movies so he's probally not going to do Spiderman as well I think I'd go with the guy in the bottom right who I guess is Boyd Holbrook
I read days ago that Dane DeHaan, the bad guy from Chronicle, was also up for the role. He'd be my top choice based solely on Chronicle and Lawless where he was great as Cricket.
