i think the spoiler warning on Goldmember was a bit unneccessary masterjedidude, for the very reasons you state. Anyone would feel vindicated at having it spoiled for them. It would save them the horrendous experience of watching it.

Wasn't part of the symbiote left with Doctor Connors at the end of spiderman 3.Since they changed the story of venom they could do the same with carnage.

I am super psyched for this. My friend who works in a comic shop recommended this book to me and i was blown away by the characterisation and story. I do think this is the best ever story in comic form. I haven't read any better. Rorschach is awesome. Cant wait. Hopefully Snyder's film does live up to the book. I would hate to be disappointed, although the trailer rocks so im sure it will be great.
