All I know is I took my kids to see this movie in the theater. They were bored, I was bored, my wife was bored and the humor was lacking and went for the most childish gaffs. This is not an entertaining Adult movie. I get sucked into all the kid flicks and have to tell you, Alvin & the Chipmonks was cute, Horton Hears a Who was cute, neither was spectacular for adults but the kids loved them. Bee Movie is a lame snorer. I'd rate it a C-/D+ at best. I vote that Pixar be the only studio allowed to produce kid flicks from now on.

At this rate Part II will have to be named Harry Potter and the Nursing Home. The kid is gonna be like 35 years old by the time this finished filming. It's like the 90 year old Beverly Hills 90210 kids in their tenth year.
