@monkeyfoot... not always alot of the time if it's a comic book movie they use the blue comic book symbol, although that could just be a mistake...

Spider-Man's Cinematic Future (Article) - 12/14/2014 1:24:37 AM

So you have a Spidey in the MCU (small screen for now, maybe having a cameo in Cap 3)

Or what if Sony made a Spider-Man live action TV series and set it in the MCU, with cameos from AoS cast members/Daredevil and and get Donald Glover as an older Miles Morales?

New York was invaded by a vast alien armada, yet there is no mention of this in the spidey movies which is set in the same city...

To involve the Andrew Garfield version of the character would mean paralel universes (after Dr. Strange) which could work, but may be too complex for the movie execs to swallow.

I would say do a soft reboot set in the aftermath of AoU and make him a teenager again, and maybe actually cast a teenager this time.

Or you could have Spidey come out of retirement (Tobey) to train Miles Morales...

Constantine was on the wrong network to begin with...

Hopefully Starz will pick it up and go Dark!

Also, I think DC want to emulate what Marvel has done, but also distance themselves from it, to make it look like they are not jumping on the bandwagon...

So now DC have (at least) four distanct elseworlds...                                                                                            The Movie world, The Flash/Arrow world, The Constantine world and The Gotham World... Although Constantine is struggling a bit, I have a feeling it will be part of the big screen world if Del Toro gets his Justice League Dark project off the ground.
