wolverines claw dont match up on the first pic.
Here are three new images of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine from The Wolverine. These images come from Total Film via /Film. The really big news is that director James Mangold has tweeted that a sneak peek of the trailer will arrive on March 26th. The trailer, reportedly, is 1-minute and 51-seconds.
The Plot: Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before.
The Wolverine features Will Yun Lee, Khodchenkova, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima, and Brian Tee.
The Wolverine arrives in theaters on July 26th, 2013.

The reason he looks sad is because that ISN'T Wolverine. That's Les Miserable.
Which begs the question... is that short for Lesley?... ;)
You know who would make an awesome Wolverine, except that he's kind of old now. Gary Sinise from CSI: NY. When he makes his mad face he looks like a Wolverine comic book character. He'd just have to pack on the muscle. He's not super short, but at least he's not 6'1".
Ah well.
Higgy- I agree. But u know who I would have personally preferred? I always thought Mel Gibson would have channelled a great Wolverine.

If Fox was smart, they would have a teaser at the end to tease Days of Future Past and some of the other cast members to build more anticipation.
Fox isn't smart so that won't happen.
