Comicscape: Warner Bros. Takes DC to the Movies - Aug 27, 2008 - 04:21pm
Well, as JoshGordon pointed out on the first post - Titanic made a buttload of money! Hey Robinov, why don't you put all the DC heroes on a sinking ship? Oh wait, you're already doing that... Never mind.
WB Decides to Reboot Darker SUPERMAN - Aug 22, 2008 - 02:38pm
Oh for the love of God... Will someone tell me how it is that WB Production VIPs can be paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to manage projects that cost in excess of one hundred million dollars and yet they don't have the slightest clue about how to do their job? "The last Superman movie didn't work because because we veered too far off-track so let's fix by veering even further off-track." Brilliant. Well Millar should be happy. His "reinvention" of the character will probably fit right in line with WBs new vision. I hope it's every bit as successful as "Batman and Robin" - the last superhero film with the creative vision of the blind leading the blind.
What a good idea. Maybe they can get Kevin Kline to play the female Bucky.
