I don't remember the character of the mayor from the original film-now that I think about it I think it was the Ed Koch look-alike guy who has played a ot of NYC mayors, but this is a good reason to go back and rewatch the 1974 version. If you've never seen it, it's a definite must see. It's a great little pot boiler of a film with Walter Matthau as a NYC detective (or maybe he's a transit cop I forget exactly) who spends a lot of the film trying to negotiate with the hijackers and figure out how to catch them. Robert Shaw plays the head of the kidnappers all of whom have names like Mr. Brown and Mr Blue and so on, I suppose the inspiration for the same bit in "Reservoir Dogs" which this could be the "prequel" of. The ending is really great as are some of the scenes where the cops are racing through NYC with the ransom money to try to keep the hijackers from killing another hostage. Matthau is wonderful as the hangdog cop who acts dumb but is smart like a fox. Put it at the top of your Netflix queue. It's a five-star thriller.

I've got a novel idea. Why don't they just hire JAMES FUCKING CAMERON? You know, the guy who made TWO sure-fire box office SMASHES! And CREATED the whole damned franchise! I'm certain he'd have a better idea of what to do with the material than any of the pin-heads involved in this production. Need I say more than T-3?

becuase john lenard walson has not been paid any money for his films of space objects that are used in the intersteller movie the intersteller movie has only 10 percent film in it and there are no films of 2 space crafts in space but if you go to

These guys at Cambridge University are starting to use "Lucky" astro photography.
There is more to this than luck though. They have a 200" telescope and John Lenard Walson is able to film better images with his 8" telescope.
There is some very interesting information here although I have reason to believe that john lenard walson has 90 % more film that no person has ever seen.

Good for Moon Bloodgood, she was great on "Journeyman" which is all I've ever seen her in other than I think the very short-lived "Daybreak" series. Too bad that "Journeyman" got canceled because I really thought it had some potential.
