STARGATE ATLANTIS Movie Greenlit by Sci-Fi - Aug 22, 2008 - 01:40pm
The executives at Sci-Fi should be fired. First they get rid of "Farscape," then they cancel "SG-1," now they're getting rid of "Atlantis" in favor for "Stargate: Universe," which sounds like Stargate's version of "Voyager." I think this is a horrible idea.
I'm not going to be spending my time watching horrible programming like "Mansquito" or "Kaw" instead of good sci-fi televsion, and let's not even discuss the new crappy "Flash Gordon." We need a real channel that shows good sci-fi, not crap. When was the last time you saw a classic good sci-fi film on the Sci-Fi Channel?
I can only hope that both SG-1 and Atlantis will live on via DVD.

WB Decides to Reboot Darker SUPERMAN - Aug 22, 2008 - 01:22pm
It will be hard to do a dark Superman unless you radically change the whole character. Superman is a beacon of light, truth, justice and the American way. Batman is supposed to be dark. This is a bad idea.
