Ack! This is one of my all-time favorites. I think it was the first DVD that I bought too. Its such a shame that they have to schmutz it with the endless lack of imagination in Hollywood. I remember seeing this in 1983 in a double feature with the ultimate fantasy film (Sorceress) and I was impressed. My friend Eddie couldn't get the melody of the jewelry box out of his head and would repeat it all the time. "Ding -DING DING, Ding -DING DING..." I hope they don't screw it up royally. I can imagine maybe somebody involved with the recent GRINDHOUSE films doing a decent rendition but I don' know...its a subtle film, man. Although, I have to admit that I enjoyed the DAWN OF THE DEAD remake. As Romero has crushed my following of late... I wonder if they're going to **** up the "Friday the 13th" original by doing a remake. The "TEXAS" remake certainly reeked so much that I rocketed out of the theater! ;)

That guy adds too much of himself to his parts and he just doesn't fit any superhero that I know of regardless of looks. Wolverine and the Punisher are mold breakers of the superheroic persona and he couldn't even fit that type. Doctor Doom maybe...I'd give him that part for "buzz". Egocentric as Will Smith is he'd be perfect for it! ;)

Yeah, his face was onscreen practically the whol....Oh! You meant that his face is so anti-photogenic that looks like another body part? And now that I've spelled it out, I look like a giant idiot? And that I really should stop replying in general to every post at this point? And why am I typing out every frivolous thought that comes into my head over a simple misunderstanding? And what item of clothing would cover that up? An eagle bas-relief on a codpiece? SHUDDER...Must... stop... typing...thoughts... ;) Just kidding!
