The original was an off-beat fantasy favorite of mine as a child. Despite the 80s cheese I always thought it had a really good story to it. The Troll was a good characters. The sequel, on the other hand, Troll 2 (which has no Trolls in it), was horrible! I HIGHLY suggest you watch it, but with Mike Nelson's rifftrax for it. It's hilarious! And I think they should keep the name. They had it first!
