Ooooh YEAH. This is going to be so good. Also I love the song, Bones by Ms Mr. Sorta wish they made Tyrion noseless, but meh. Small complaint for one of the best shows on tv. 

 MOSSY, YES!! Dreamcast is still an amazing system. Certain games are still beautiful, and I think its easily top 3 game system of all time. We just busted it out during our Resident Evil marathon, for Veronica. Amazing. LONG LIVE DREAMCAST! lol. But yeah, PS4, meh. I don't think the PS3 was a system to even bother with until years 3-4. So... I'll wait. Like the Wii-U, which I wont buy until the new Zelda comes out. My 360 gets plenty of play so I'm content. 

 I actually loved the first one, and this looks sweet too. Damn nurses..... /cower

 I thought most of the sequels were bad (although Dennis Hopper was fun, and its HILARIOUS to see Renee Zellwegar and Matthew Mcconaughey in their early "acting" career) but I actually enjoyed the first prequel movie alot. And the sequel to that one (a pre-sequel?) was really good... until the last scene. Leatherface HIDING in the back of a car and actually WAITING? So terrible. It ruined the whole thing. If this can be at least like the first sequel, I'll check it out.

I miss going to these things. Last nerdy con I went to was for Buffy lol. Aaahh... Robia Lemorte... That was a blast!

Friday the 13th 2: Origin

We see a building, the Crystal Lake Hospital. Then we see a man in his 30s, in a lab coat., entering a morgue-like room with another man, heavily bearded. It appears to be the 70s. On a table is the body of a young boy, skin pale white, his body and hair still wet. The bearded man picks up the clipboard, and we hear him describe a recently-drowned Jason Vorhees, and then he comments on the eerily similar death of the other man's own son, quickly apologizing; he then leaves the room. The man stares sadly at the body, and turns to leave, but the boy awakes, choking out water; Jason is not dead at all. But when the boy falls unconscious, we see the man thinking, and he decides to take the boy...

During the opening credits, we see scenes of the man telling Jason he has a new father now, and that his mother is dead. Jason is constantly hiding a locket he has with his mother's picture in it. He is being held at what looks like a campground. The man uses violence to silence the boy; we see hints of physical and sexual abuse. One rainy night, Jason runs away, only to come across his mother! He is excited to see her, but realizes something isnt right. He stays hidden, watching the scene unfold...

Machete in hand, the boy returns to his "father's" cabin, ready for retribution. The fight doesn't last long, Jason's anger and confusion only make the blade kill faster. Standing outside, he sees a silhouette on the lake in the distance: A girl in a conoe. But police arrive. Vengence will have to wait...

Intro:

Two teen brothers, Tommy and Aston, are hanging out at their house, parents out for the night. They play their Xbox360, talk about Tommy's girlfriend Carly, who used to be Aston's girlfriend, and at some point Tommy leaves the room to use the bathroom. Aston calls a girl, who we discover is Carly, and clearly not over Aston. After hanging up, he goes into the kitchen for a snack, a room filled with large glass windows and sliding doors. While fixing a sandwich, we see behind him in the window a figure come from the darkness, wearing a goblin-looking mask; we can only see the top half of him. The goblin stares for a while, and Aston eventually turns and sees him, jumps a little, and laughs. "Very funny Tommy, very funny." The goblin slowly shakes his head. "Oh, I see, you aren't Tommy." Again, a head-shake-no. "Come on man, let's finish this game." The goblin cocks his head slightly. "Tommy?" From below the window, the goblin brings a hand slowly up, and we see Tommy's horror-stricken, bloodied and severed head in his hand, held by the hair. Aston drops the plate with a shatter, and from outside the house we hear him scream.

Cut to daytime, and Carly...

Oh I can tell you... co-op... on one screen. and its frickin' GLORIOUS. I've played the demo to death (heh). Damn that chainsaw man! If you have a 360 or PS3, DL the demo NOW. I mean... right, now. GO!

A friend of mine was RAVING about it a few years back when they first announced the movie, and I hadn't read it. Funny thing is, I even OWNED a few of the issues from the 80s, and never got around to reading them! Kicking my self now, of course, because I read his copy and it blew me away. I'm the type who likes movies more than books/comics, so I cannot WAIT for this movie. Plus my man JDM is in it! Supernatural, Grey's Anatomy...
