 Wow I am amazed at the hate for the xmen movies, X1 was solid, X2 is in my top 5 marvel movies, X3 and Origins were kind of a mess but First class was solid. Singer has not made a bad xmen movie IMO. He is largely responsible for the current slate of marvel movies even getting to be made. Oh how different it would be for marvel had the original xmen flopped.

 I think it's looking pretty good, and the original is one of my top 3 horror movies. I like how they aren't using CG for any of the effects. I think I will be checking this out.

 Loved the Ponds my favorite companions by far. I had a feeling of "what? Was that it?" after this episode. Thought they deserved better, companions rarely have a happily ever after ending, so I guess it's in line with what has come before. Just needed a bit more closure, than that is all.
