Paranormal Hollywood: Fact vs Fiction (Article) - 9/6/2012 8:38:30 PM

Damnit my name is "Damien" no joke and I am incredibly nice, not anti-christey at all.

Monsters Inc 3D Official Trailer (Article) - 9/6/2012 9:51:59 AM

Lol Jedi tell us how you really feel. Incase anyone is wondering and has not read the comments on any article that mentions 3D, it's not Jedi's favorite format.

Mania Remembers Tony Scott (Article) - 8/21/2012 6:02:56 AM

Was never a huge fan of Top Gun either, but some of his films were amazing, True Romance (one of my favorites), Crimson Tide, Man on Fire. Beverly Hills Cop 2 was great fun.

Sad to hear, but inoperable brain cancer is a shitty thing to die from also. RIP

Mania Review: Total Recall (Article) - 8/3/2012 6:20:14 AM

I rarely agree with Rob's reviews, I still want to see this.

Early Look: Wreck-It Ralph (Article) - 8/3/2012 6:08:36 AM

I obviously haven't been paying attention to this, it looks awesome.

The Hobbit Trilogy (Article) - 7/31/2012 6:44:55 PM

Well I am not sure about that as the Hobbit was written in the 1930's and he died much later than that, if I am remembering correctly I think LOTR was written long after the Hobbit. Like at least 10 years, and and he rewrote the chapter "Riddles in the dark" to tie in with LOTR better long after it was first published. I think the Hobbit is kinda perfect, one of my favorite if not my absolute favorite book ever. I know the movies will be good though just wanted something more focused.

The Hobbit Trilogy (Article) - 7/31/2012 5:35:51 PM

I could give a shit if it's a money grab or not. My issue is with putting stuff that was not in the Hobbit story itself, Gandalf leaves the group in the book and returns later on. I did not really care about where he went or what he did while he was gone, it is not part of the Hobbit story and that's my problem. I want the Hobbit as a movie, the "notes" can be a separate film (a movie I would defiantly see). But alas the decision has been made, I won't get the movie I had envisioned in my head and that makes me sad. I will be there opening day no matter what but I can't help feeling dissapointed at this development. I have faith that PJ will deliver,  still a bit sad.

The Hobbit Trilogy (Article) - 7/31/2012 6:05:33 AM

Was it too much to ask to just have one or two movies based on the Hobbit? Not the expanded fluff they are adding in. I just wanted a movie based on my favorite book from childhood. I really hope I am wrong.

Mania Review: The Watch (Article) - 7/28/2012 7:49:27 PM

Well just got back from seeing it this afternoon and other than the drunk idiot cracking the beers he brought into the theater, I quite enjoyed it. I'd give it a b minus.

Mania Review: The Watch (Article) - 7/28/2012 8:17:35 AM

Richard Ayoade is fricken hilarious on " The IT Crowd" and that is enough for me to see this. RT has this at a disappointing 14% critic reviews, but 75% users liked it. I will take the users opinion this time.

Watch IT Crowd it's on Netflix.
