I 'aven't heard a concept album of this level of deeply paranoid (read: deeply aware - Ed) depravity for awhile, last one I can think that comes close to this high a level of conceptuality was Pink Floyd's The Wall.
and Maybe Styx' Domo Arigoto Mr. Roboto which was fun bit I think a bit of a riff on The Nazi indoctrination slash Socially-Oppressive fascist regime angle in The Wall imo.
