My beef with noblenonsense

(Fri 12/15/2006 02:46pm)

First of all.  You're making me waste my time by creating a blog instead of just letting me post comments on your blog.

Second of all -- it sounds like you resent Jessica for being hot, a gamer, and popular.  She's done beauty pageants before.  She knows how to use her looks to further her career.  So @#$%ing what?!  If you can't get past her looks when reading her.   articles/posts/whatever, that's your problem.  Why can't hot gamer girls be newsworthy?  I've seen gamer guys on the news before.

Third, what's wrong with her licking the PSP?  Jesus, you are repressed.

I don't imagine her naked when I read her articles.  I imagine her plowing me with a strap-on while reading her article to me, but that's because I respect her.  And when our lust is sated and we're covered in vaseline and chocolate sauce, she perkily gets out of bed and throws on a white men's oxford shirt while casually explaining to me why string theory is good -- but isn't quite there yet; and then heads off to the kitchen to cook me breakfast.

Thanks for the nod in a blog. I appreciate it. :-)

I don't really resent Jessica Chobot I just think she could do a whole lot more with her popularity. Like awareness for females in the gaming community. Plus I think its a bit demeaning that so many sites are obsessed with just her appearence.

The licking the PSP was hot...it gave me a nerd boner..but it looked like she was setting back the female gamer by doing so. Thanks for the blog...like the name.

Which means that you don't give her enough credit to think for herself and live her own life. Let her do with her popularity as she sees fit.
There are many sites obsessed with various hot women. They may choose to look it as either demeaning or flattering.
If so many sites are obsessed with just her appearance, at least on this site, she writes her own article, and we get a stock photo of her wearing lots of clothes.
Talking **** about her is no way to get her to sleep with you. I'm just sayin'.

And I thought foul-mouthed chivalry was dead.

I did give her props on her writing but she has the opportunity to do so much more with her popularity. Why not do some good while she's getting famous? Make it worth while.

She's in an industry where women are treated as objects and portrayed just as a sexual being. She has a GOLDEN opportunity to do some good with that popularity. I pointed out in my entry, and right now, that she doesn't have to (its her choice not mine) but she SHOULD atleast consider it. Thats my beef with her. That she hasn't even considered what great things she could do. Feel to disagree with that assesment but I stand by it.

And thanks for continuing the discussion. I enjoy the banter, even the banter with someone that disagrees with me.

I have to say, reading your two blogs(Jakester & his infectious cooties) & (noble & his chivarous nonsense) was very entertaining.

Good job you two. You both deserve bangs.

Seeing how Jakey boy's always looking to bang me(yes, don't deny it hoser), I might as well return the gesture.

Oh yeah?! Well I...I SIT by MY assessment (heh, that has "ass" in it)!

Until I read her first article here, I had only read the name somewhere, so I really had no clue who she was. I did do a small amount of research (which means I tried to find naked pictures of her), but didn't come up with anything earth shattering, so I just concluded that she was someone who's into gamer and anime culture and has turned it into a profession.

Why is it so difficult to see her as a person who writes about gamer culture? Why do you have to see her as a champion of gamer grrrrls everywhere? Because frankly, if she acted like that, it would annoy the hell out of me. Simply by being a gamer girl, isn't she helping to break down the stereotype?

Goddammmmn, now I'm getting all serious again. Quick, I need to motorboat a preschool teacher's boobies.

Oh, and DJ...is it in yet?

I'd like to add one thing.

You are making a good point saying that she should go do something worthwhile with her popularity. However, you say that only because she is a woman, like that makes her maternal towards us, with instincts to protect us or teach us. If this was some guy gaining popularity, I doubt anyone would be calling on him to do something worthwhile with his fame.

That's all. It would be nice of her to do something good with her popularity, but really that's up to her. How about you all do something good with your lives and let her worry about hers.

THANK YOU!

I really don't have a clue what you nimrods are talking about anyway. My friend is a hot chick and she married a total nerd(comic book/gamer type). She got into games pretty quickly and she has no problem playing games which even exploit women characters hardly dress. What was that volleyball game that was popular for the PS2? The one with the skimpy outfits where you buy accessories? (bah, pick a volleyball game then).

She's hot, she's a gamer now and what's more, she's good at gaming now. Does she equally play for "womens' gaming rights/stereotypes"?

Bah to all of you hosers, I still like reading the two blogs from the intial people...Very entertaining. It should be done more often.

My beef with Jessica Hotness!
My beef with noblenonsense!
My beef with kah wearing clothes!
My beef with jake not wearing clothes!
My beef with my own ramblings.
My beef with time wasted talking to you!

It's never wasted time when Jake and I are involved.

It might be time you'd like to forget, but it's never wasted.
