I've just read the superhero hype article and I think people are jumping the gun. It was stated "We're going to try to go dark to the extent that the characters allow it". That statement doesn't mean they are going to try to make Superman a Batman clone as it pertains to being a "dark" character. But on the other hand I'm not sure what it means, possibly that superman isn't all that dark so they won't go too far with it. I'm hoping it means they will put Supes in a moral delema. Such as, sacrifice one to save many or having to kill the villian in the end to save lives or such.

Hmmm.... I believe the convincing argument would be aerodynamics. But then again people also believe that there is not a convincing argument for the world being round or evolution as well. People see what they want to see and believe what they want to believe. So let's see: An non-human from a planet light years away, who crash lands on earth as a baby. Developes strength enough to move planets, super sonic speed, almost total invulnerability, super freezing breath, and shoots heat beams out of his eyes. And you choose to have a problem with him flying horizontally???
