I think this looks really interesting, I'll never see it though. Just not my type of movie. Elwes has put on a few.
I don't know about the rest of the movie, but the way the son and wife die is pure darwinism. I mean, what the hell?!? What kind of sane person poses for a picture with their back to the windshield while driving?
Actually, it shows that the light was red. Someone just plowed into them while they were stopped.
But yeah, looks like maybe a Netflix or Red Box. Perhaps if I'm REALLY bored on a Tuesday night I'll catch it at Movieland downtown at a discount with my Criterion Club card.
kinda had the feel of serpent and rainbow mixed with jacobs lader. will do for a 4:20 and chill, why not?
I saw the title & thought it was going to be a movie based on the now dead Hellgate London game that those old Diablo programmers made.
At first I thought, based on the title; "What's your pleasure sir?" but then what would William Hurt be doing in a Hellraiser film?
It is interesting, but it also appears to be high concept horror, in a low brow dominated market. It'll be tough for this film to find an audience. Probably play well overseas though.
Always good to see Mr. Elwes working.
