I really liked her in Asylum of the Daleks.  I think she'll be a fine addition to the long line of great (and maybe not so great) companions.  Helps that she's cute as a button.  I think with all the denials, that the new character and Oswin from AotD will turn out to either be the same person or a relative.

So, does the good Doctor ever get laid?

Not in any given episode, of course.  The Doctor has mentioned being a father and started out as being called Grandfather by Susan.  There's also been a strongly hinted at intimate relationship with Queen Elizabeth I which has been a running gag for a while now.  His encounters with River Song are no longer running purely backward/forward, so there's no telling where that might go.

I knew he started as a Grandpa and went from having a penchant for being an old man to being a younger chap.  I don't know, his relationship with River Song...well, I liked it better as speculation.  She seems more like his mummy instead of his sweetie.  Not my favorite character.

David Tennant's clone is getting it on with Rose in the parallel universe.  I don't know if that really counts, though.

Lusiphur, I think it's helps that the Doctor never saw her face since she was turned into a Dalek and only imagined herself as still being human.

Freema Agyeman was in one of the last episodes of Season 2, when the Cybermen were taking on the Daleks.  She was a tech (or some kind of office personnel) in the Torchwood Tower.  When she came back as Martha in season 3, nobody said anything about it.  Honestly, if they never touched on it for her run, it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

@Palallax, yes they did, Martha mentioned once that her cousin, who looked alot like her, worked at and was reported killed during the Canary Wharf mess.

It''s also been hinted that he knew Cleopatra very intimately.

I was bouncing around awhile ago and saw the episode The Doctors Daughter again.  I was watching this and suddenly it struck me:  Georgia Moffett who played Jenny is the real-life daughter of Peter Davison (the 5th Doctor), after playing Jenny Georgia got into a relationship with and married David Tennant (10th Doctor) and the two have a baby girl together.  So The Doctors Daughter who played the Doctors daughter in The Doctors Daughter married the Doctor and had the Doctor Daughter as well as the Doctors Grand-Daughter....

Wouln't it be an interesting concept to realize that the Doctor was regenerating backwards..He started as an old man, but every regeneration, he became younger.Any theoretical possibility that one day, the Doctor might one day stop regenerating and die, or continue to regenerate until he becomes a teeneager ( a very OLD teenager)

Moz, he addressed that somewhat a few years ago, in a short created for BBCs Children in Need telethon in 2007, featuring Doctor #10 (Tennant) meeting Doctor #5 (Davison), during which David told Peter how he was his favorite Doctor.  The way Tennant explained it, like many races (including humans) when he, the Doctor, was younger and just starting out he tried to make himself look older and more distinguished, but as he got older he started embrasing his youth.  I recommend looking it up on YouTube, it's a pretty good short.
