Sarcastic Caveman. Holy cow, your comment could be from the pages of a bible. Well spoken. I too, seemed to want to ripped this apart. Until your post made me realize I lost a part of my childish appreciation for animation.  

If you really think about how cornball this animation sounds, it should be right up most of our allies. If you grew up in the 70's and 80's like me, all animation was corny. And we LOVED them.  

My suggestion Sarcastic Caveman, rephrase your comment in the manor of Yoda. You may reach many more of this site. :)

 Although he will be i of 4 main actors in the movie, I feel it is a "token" black part. (If I were black) I would be offended for being offered such a part.

 Let me rephrase that, blankczech... It looks like a, made-for-tv, Sci-Fi channel movie.  

Those of you that live near an imax are very fortunate. The closes imax to me is over 75 miles way. 

 Looked like a made-for-tv movie. Not only does the cgi look outdated and generic, I will also wait for it to be on cable before I give it a shot. (Or netflix)

 I am not a Evil Dead fanatic. However, I like what I have been seeing of this remake. I will certainly try to make it to the theatre for it. 

I am glad they returned to the roots and made it a horror film.  No need for a (Evil Dead 2/AoD) version of Ash.

 I loved Avatar. James Cameron knows how to make a sequal! I am looking forward to the next two films.

Anymore, all movies are just a re-hash or rip-off of another story.  With so much media and entertainment out there today, it is hard to come up with an "complete" original idea.

 Rob Zombie is no worse for kids than a lot of those songs they put on those Kids Bop albums.

 Anything was better than TDKR.  That movie was just terrible.

Prometheus was a good movie. I loved it, and con not wait for more.
