I'm beginning to have my doubts about a live action JL movie. What about a 3D/CGI movie w/ character design by Alex Ross. That would kick ass!

So basically, it's The Firm meets Bad Company. I'll see it.

Heard on a local radio station that there was a rumor of an actual movie sequel w/ the original cast and possibly co-starring Steve Carrel and Seth Rogan. Any truth to the rumors??

I also enjoyed the DVD. "Crossfire" and "Deadshot" were two of the best segments. My only criticism is that instead of including the Batman Beyond pilot episode "Rebirth" in the Bonus Features, the producers should have included Batman:TAS episode "Legends of the Dark Knight". I didn't know that there was a 2-disc edition. I only saw the single disc which I bought. Would like to know more about the Dark Knight Returns segment mentioned in the write up.

nice choice of words..."how best to exploit them" Anyway, yes Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are definitely a step in the right direction. Chris Nolan knows what he is doing, and I applaud Bale for having the balls to state outright that he would step away from Batman if the studio tries to include Robin! Cheers!! Credit also has to be given to Bruce Timm and Paul Dini for the Superman and Batman Animated series and Justice League/Justice League Unlimited. After seeing Batman: Gotham Knight, which was awesome(!), especially the segments "Crossfire" and "Deadshot", maybe WB should consider following the same path and do an Anime/CGI Justice League instead of a live action movie. Animation seems to be a better media translation for the DC characters.
