I feel like Lusiphur and Sarcastic Caveman are just throwing big name actor names out there. Gary Oldman? No effing way!
Hugo Weaving? he was already the Red Skull. talk about confusing people.
Benedict Cumberbatch would make a better Quicksilver so best not to waste him as Strange.
Nathan Fillon? he doesn't have the right level of suspense or Allure one would need to be Strange.
I No Tennant. all I would see and hear is the magician he played on Fright Night.
liked the idea of Viggo or Depp. but Depp is so big name and doesn't normally take rolls like this unless they really sold it to him as something special. I would like to see Andrew Lincoln as Doctor Strange myself!
that was the first thing that came to my mind when i saw both glowing eyes and firey arm was Extremis. . Mandarins powers will be a big reveal at the climax of the film. after IM plows through the extremis nutjobs and both him and war machine confront Mandarin, mandarin cracks his knuckles and shows IM that it doesnt take Extremis cocktails to go toe to toe with the Invincible Iron Man. and this huge rings vs armor battle ensues.
Arkenstone means roughly "precious stone", although the element *arken does not exist in modern English. Arkenstone is a modernization of an ancient word which appears in the Edda as jarknasteinn and in Old English as eorclanstán.
Note that Tolkien used the word eorclanstánas to refer to the Silmarilli in Old English texts by Eriol.[3] Some fans explore the possibility that the Arkenstone was one of the Silmarilli, specifically the one Maedhros threw in the chasm, until supposedly found by the Dwarves of Erebor.[4]
@Robert
To answer a few of your questions . . . Bilbo narrates the beginning of the film because he is the author of "There and Back Again" and we are being led to believe that Frodo after reading the original text is now getting the "True" story which is a reference to the inclusion of tales from the Appendices.
The Arkenstone is rumoured to be one of the Silmarills and may hold some power.
There are other dragons but their presence had been waning at the time of Smaugs appearance.
in the Film Bilbo mentions that the Elves did not want to risk their numbers against Smaug. also the dwarves thirst for gold had poisoned their minds and in my opinion the elves thought that the dwarves had brought this on themselves through avarice.
Im hoping we see the blue wizards in the next film.
in more recent comic appearances Bishop has been bald.
Jason Mamoa is in negotiations for the part of Drax. He screen tested and they said his was the best one. this has been confirmed with Latino Review and Entertainment News International
didnt we already get confirmation when news of the next trilogy first broke? i guess this is straight from the horses mouth persee.
yes thats asking way too much Axia
i ran across this in an article about the city where they filmed the scenes for Yavin 4 during the original trilogy. the article was about how the 12/12/12 craze has attracted alot of tourism to the site because it is steeped in mayan mythology about the end of the world. they made a few comments about when Lucas shot there and that there was speculation about whether or not they would shoot the new trilogy there since the story involves Luke returning to Yavin 4 to start the academy. so whoever leeked this leeked it to multiple sources and its showing up in the most random of news articles

. . . .especially banging chics
