I have to agree with the collector, this remake thing is getting out of hand... A lot of money and a lot of talent wasted meanwhile great work is being passed on; see David Brin's Uplift series, Scott Card's Ender's series, even old Tim Matheuson and Paul Anderson book's.... By the way KJ, Escape from NY is a landmark in 80's pre-cgi era sci-fi movies. Is has to be seen by anyone that talk about sci-fi... Go to your dvd store, like now! Run, KJ, run!!!!! ;-)
