I agree the mask looks like how it always does... and yes they are remaking A Nightmare on Elm Street, (my personal favorite) without Robert Englund, not sure how I feel about that one. I've always had fun with slasher films, growin' up with them so remakes don't bother me... As long as there done well which is a different story entirely.

Comic Review: LOST BOYS:REIGN OF FROGS #1 - May 28, 2008 - 01:57am
I don't care what the review says. Lost Boys was one of the funnest films of my childhood. This movie made me wish I was a vampire ridin' a motorcycle listenin' to good 80's metal. This sequel is long overdue. I'm saddened it's not gonna be movie theater's but then again they probably didn't put the time and effort into it anyway. I'm still waitin' for the dvd, and hopin' for the best.

I actually watched the first Robocop the other day, and I forgot how violent that movie was. Man, they don't make em like that anymore. I would love to see Robocop remade, but nowadays everything's pg-13 and I'm sure that's what they'll go for. Looks like they're even makin' Terminator pg-13 now. I'm defintely for a remake though.

Yeah, I promise Craven is a good film maker. When U hear him talk about his movies and what he's tryin' to do. U can tell he knows what he's doin'. I think he needs to write his own movies, which he hasn't done in a while. When he does his own stuff it's usually pretty good. I think he still has fuel left in the tank, he just needs to start using it.

I love ghost in the shell. I think, I can't remember her name but she plays Sarah Conner in the Sarah conner chronicles could be a good Major Kusanagi. Maybe, Ron Perlman as Batou. Can't wait till they start working on this.

I've always been a fan of New Line and I hate to see this happen. They still have a few tricks up there sleeve, with the new friday and Nightmare movies coming out. I hope they pull it out. By the way Raith I don't think New Line and Dimension films are related at all. They're two separate companies.

What up syxxblade. LOL it's okay u can like the film, it's not like I said only dumbasses like it. LOL. I think u misunderstand what I meant be demystify. It doesn't DEBUNK her timeline but it DEMYSTIFIES it. What I mean by that is in Ripley's timeline the aliens were a newly discovered species and nobody really knew about them. She was tryin' to wipe them out and make sure they don't get down here because if one of those things get's down here then that will be all and all this, this bullshit that you think is so important, you can kiss all that goodbye. Now, when we find out that the aliens were in fact on earth thousands of years before she was even born, it takes away the mystique and the aura of everything she went through, see what I'm sayin'. Aliens was really good in storyline, plot, great characters, and all that. AVP 2 has none of that, it is in essence... A slasher film. There's even teenagers about to skinny dip in a pool. Now, I like a good slasher film as much as anybody, but I don't wanna see aliens become NOTHING MORE than that. U know my thing is Craven is a good film maker. When u listen to him talk about his movies, U can tell he's a smart guy and he knows what he's doin'. It's just he's had some terrible writer's and his movies have suffered because of it. He doesn't like Cursed anymore than we do. I hope he can get back on track somehow.

I wouldn't bash Tim Story, I thought he did a good job. Jessica Alba didn't bother me too much. I didn't like his take on Doom, he should've been a lot more darker than that, but I agree that these were not bad movies at all. Flawed a little maybe, but they weren't bad. They could've been alot worse. I think they'll do a third one, just not right now.

I honestly don't know what to say about this. I like Dragonball, but probably not as much as some fans. I'm not even sure how u approach a live action version of this. I'm just waiting for a trailer, to see what it's like. I think they should've gotten the Wachowski brothers because atleast they're fans of, and they understand anime.

I grew up on Jason, Freddy, and Michael. I don't have a problem with remakes as long as they're done well. The Texas chainsaw remakes I thought were good. I think Zombie did a decent job with Halloween. I'm very concerned with nightmare though. I'm not sure why you wouldn't bring Robert Englund back, I mean Freddy is supposed to be a dirty OLD man anyway. So actually Englund is probably the right age now. But until I see somethin' I'll try to stay positive.

Yeah, it's a real good series. It's slow moving compared to the movie, but there's so much story and character development that kept me watching. Not a bad series to get into if u want to start watching anime.

I actually look forward to this remake. I feel that Dune is something that needs to be remade, wasn't a big fan of Lynch's, it was okay but that's it. I couldn't get into the mini series because the acting was so bad. So hopefully they can take what worked and what didn't and find some sort of middle ground. You're right though it's a monster of a story that would be difficult to condense into one movie, but I'm curious to see how they do.

U know it's funny a man dies and people still get on here and bash a movie. Indy 4 was a fun adventure movie. Was it a little preposterous, yes. But ALL the Indy movies are a little preposterous, I don't know what u were expecting. The whole point is to watch an adventure and have fun with it, which is what it accomplishes. All u little geek boys know how to do is bash stuff like u can do it any better. U should be on here honoring Stan Winston's achievements not bashing Indy 4. Ur all gonna buy it on dvd anyway, and u know it.
