Bill the Pony and GentlemanDeath you are missing some points here. They died because of last minute script changes and a rushed production. Hicks and Newt died for executive greed not a well written or even well planned storyline. Plus Weaver insisted Ripley die, hence we have a clone. A very cool clone but still not the original. I dont want a remake just a good horror scifi action drama. Plus the CGI in the series sucks. At least we have BATMAN DEAD END aka BvJvAvP Arby--2010 like a Muther Fudger yo, they should do a 2nd 2010 involving the Japanese ship from the book and the team on IO. Gimmee 2061

SIGOURNEY ONLY HAS HERSELF TO BLAME FOR ALIEN 3. No guns was her idea but when T2 came out there was a teaser of an Alien egg floating through space. Part 3 was to have them on Earth but since Weaver wanted no guns we got good camera work and a bland story that would have made a great final hour. David Fincher(a guy who only directed Madonna videos until then) got thrown in with a script that is more revised than conservative definitions of what conservatives are. Clone Ripley is awesome and it would be great to have her walk though a hive tearing Aliens limb from limb and getting burned by the acid blood. Have Newt and Hicks return as CROWS. It can take place in Detroit and Van Lewen Industries can own OCP. Murphey, Ripley and Eric Draven fighting Aliens.

I learned from Azul that you are a writer amongst other things in an entertainment kind of way...Now I finally see what your postings are all about and have come to realize it is good stuff...I think George Carlin is by far one of our greatest comedian/realists and your posting remind me a lot of him...

Yeah, Boston’s some cool shit. Love the live music scene here. Plenty of old punks still playing around! We’ve had a sporting renaissance the last few years too and it is good to see The Bruins finally joining the rest of our franchise’s success! Hell, even the Celtics had a great season! Hopefully they’ll come thru against Cleveland to take the lead in that series today.

EvilBeagle how can you not have 2001 on the top of that list? Its not only the greatest SciFi film ever made its the greatest film ever made. Sunshine was lame and weak. Every scene was from another movie. Not exactly frame for frame but close 1. Going from ship to ship w/o a helmet from 2001 2. The distress signal that is really a warning-ALIEN 3.A 2nd ship stranded in space with unknown mysteries-2010 4. The wacko on the 1st ship-Solaris At least Chris Evans died like the Human Torch deserved to. A few other choices: The Black Hole Last Star Fighter Enemy Mine Alien Nation Outland Hardware Saturn 3 Starship Troopers was so bad, Casper Van Damme needs to wear a helmet.
