Actually, the Wings of Redemption Spawn did feature feathery wings and they had the standing version of regular size and the giant version. The image was from the cover of one of the Spawn issues, also, my version does feature the unpainted spikes as well, but if memory serves me correctly that is how they looked on the Spawn cover issue. And the reason for the black body is that all the Malbolgia stuff has in some aspects been removed.

Also a better writer for the battles, maybe someone who actually understood or new who the characters were would have been better too. I'm an English Masters so that might be my personal critique, but the stories really did not make any sense, or even come off as exciting.

I don't understand the point of making a bracket if no one really participates. I think it would have been better if everyone made brackets and then got to vote, and whoever had the closest bracket got a prize like the dvd or something. Furthermore, how can Sauron, who is basically made of metal beat Magneto. Or how can Agent Smith kill people sense he lives in a computer. Etc. The bracket should have had King Kong vs Godzilla and then Cloverfield monster. Joker versus Hannibal. Jason vs. Freddy or Myers, Daimien vs Pinhead, Terminator vs. Mr. Smith, Alien vs. Predator, Darth Vader vs. Voldemort, etc. and gone from there.

I'm just annoyed that Jason was offed by Agent Smith. First of all, why would Jason go into the virtural reality thing, and second, he's Jason practically immortal and has greater body count so I doubt Agent Smith is better then him. Being a nerd is great.

I suggest a xbox 360 for the multitude of games, a great online feature, and its not to expensive, plus the arcade. PS3 costs a lot, very few and not very many good games, but it does have a blue ray.

Techniqually Miller is not borrowing any style considering Sin City the movie was based style wise off of his art in the Sin City series. So techniqually he's just using his own style to bring the spirite to life.

I bet I can guess some aspects of the movie already, lets see the hero will be a female and the killer is already a male. And the final scene will probably end with some lame twist that reveals this to be true. Think about what movie recent movie of his has not had the lead be a female and the main villain be a male?

I would vote that all the actors be replaced with adults. I'm not saying that Common wouldn't make a good John Stewart as I'm not familiar with all of his work, but I am definitly frowning on the idea that all of these young actors are being put in the roles of characters that are often having adult issues. This isn't MTV's Real World, or the Teen Titans. I'll keep an open mind of course, but come on it just seems like the studio is trying to make a quick buck and not care about the fans at all.

Don't forget about the movie Feast. Great movie about some survivors trapped in a bar in a desert. The creatures look cool, the horrors decent, and its humorous. I saw the trailer to Unearthed and thats what I thought of the whole time.

Well, remember this is probably an origin type flick heck its in the name, so there probably casting a lot of characters that will appear later in the film. My only concern is that the characters will not be fleshed out like they were in Electra, which was just awful. As for beak hes probably a side kick or minor character that will appear in the film. Wolverine always has some little tag along that follows him around and needs his protection so that makes sense.

I haven't read the issue but somebody at Marvel commented that Xavier is not dead and will be helping to lead the "New" X-Men or something like that. Also a friend pointed out they have to paralyze Xavier first before they can kill him.

If Watchmen gets pulled or thrown back into Development Hell after being completed I say screw Fox. I've given them enough of my money this summer and in the past for them to argue over more money thats probably going to top executives and not the people who deserve it. I say BOYCOTT! If enough people say it hopefully Fox will get the message. BOYCOTT
