I really thought the latest version with Russel Crowe & Christian Bale was far superior to its predecessor.I think it's one of the better western movies that has came out in a long time.

Why did they kill gannicus and why did they rob him of his much deserved glory?History says his body was never found.I understand Spartacus' end.But for me I feel they kinda did gannicus dirty & it was kind of a huge let down for me.And as far as the brave heart similarities I was ok with that because there is only so much you can do with a scenario like that with the rebels outnumbered.In my opinion they could of went outside the box & maybe have not the worst ending possibly imaginable.Maybe a little dramatic but not my favorite series finale

 I think it's a good idea to have someone in charge who knows,loves & understands the marvel universe.And given Millar's background he's a solid choice for the job.Its good to know there's some solidarity over there.Definately need to have one person in charge to oversee everything.Sometimes people get wrapped up in their own movie & just run off with their own made up nonsense & it ends up on screen & unfortunately it completely screws up the chance for all the movies to gell together.Its just too bad that fox & marvel couldn't just put their differences aside so their could be just one marvel universe.Cuz the way things are now robs us fans of the chance to see  a full complete marvel universe(X-Men,Spiderman,Fantastic Four,Daredevil on screen with the Avengers).But at least this will hopefully ensure a quality product ending up on screen.

 Obviously DC hasn't learned anything from Marvel.How are they gonna not have Cavil play Superman or Reynolds play GL.I understand that they probabally can't get Bale back for Justice League but I think they're crazy to not keep Cavil & Reynolds in this movie.I think GL got a bad shake,I actually thought it was good but yeah it could've been better,but recasting Superman right after seeing someone else play him is just crazy.Its gonna be hard enough not seeing bale as Batman.So they should really think about whqt theyre doing.If they were smart they should shoot something & tack it on the end of Man Of Steel to hint at a possible Justice League team-up.And I would throw the bank @ Bale to try to get him on board cuz if they could then they may just have something that could really rival the Avengers.But from the sounds of it it looks to me like they're gonna really drop the ball here & they're gonna rush a justice league movie just to have one.But who knows I guess time will tell

 I'd also have Alan Cumming's Nightcrawler from X2.And Rebecca Romijn as Mystique even though she spent the majority of the time as a villain.So maybe she wouldn't count
