Comicscape: What is Owed? Continuity for New and Old Readers - May 21, 2008 - 02:31am
What the HECK is up with the formatting on this page? It's about 2.5 screens wide and the right-hand column covers up most of the article text! I really, really, really continue to hate the new layout for this site..... :( (I get this result in both Opera and Firefox, too)

New French Trailer for Diesel's BABYLON A.D - May 01, 2008 - 02:24pm
Not to mention that it totally doesn't work in different browsers and OS's. Takes about five minutes for the opening page to load in Ubuntu using Opera, and that ridiculous animated ad shoves half the main page off the right side of the screen (sideways scrolling is right out!). After one run-through I started ad-blocking everything just to actually make the site readable and load properly... not the result they're hoping for, I expect...

First Stills from Miller's SPIRIT Online - Apr 13, 2008 - 05:17am
Now WHY oh why oh why can't someone do a Doc Savage movie? We've had the Shadow and Phantom and now the Spirit. If there was ever a character with "cinematic" written all over them, it was Doc and the gang. And yes, I know about that 70's camp disaster and it doesn't count. IMO the closest we've ever had to a proper Doc movie was Buckaroo Banzai.
