HYDRA  needs to be introduced. I think it would play well in a Capt.America or SHIELD movie

Yeah capt. excuse the brain fart. I had been thinking they'd be the more reasonable organization to harbor the Winter Soldier. I doubt that in the Marvel movieverse they'd do the Russian thing being that Russia is a becoming an important box office market.

But I wonder if they'd have AIM still be a part of HYDRA
