I'm fully aware of when these companies started but remember  Bloodshot premiered in March Of 94..(Which is why I said at that time everyone and thier grandmother was trying to start their own company.) That same year Valiant was bought by the video game company aclaim and in 2004 aclaim went belly up.

and as long as we are spliting hairs here- yes yes- Vailant was nuber one for two years  and  The reason Image was frought with delays those first couple of years were due in a big  part to there publisher Malibu.

nowadays Image is part of the top three and Valiant has tried to restart the company in 2008.

But I still could care less for the Bloodshot series I just didn't enjoy it .My own personal opinion

Jacob would be better than Eli Stone no doubt.

Ok, well, I might give it a chance. We'll see what the previews etc look like...
