"We're all the Same, Only Different" opens season two

We've got pics from the season premiere of ANDY RICHTER CONTROLS THE UNIVERSE.

In the second season premiere, Andy competes against his co-workers for a finders fee offered to the employee who can bring a new writer "of color" into the company. Andy wins the prize, but loses points when he makes offensive comments about the new employee (Miguel Nunez). Wendy (Irene Molloy), tries to make up for the money she lost out on by embracing a task that gives her a unique characteristic.

The episode airs December 1.
